I normally drink Red Bull standard, so after having the sugar free version the taste was not as good nor did the boost last as long. Good if you cannot have sugar but not for everyone.
People I know drink dozens of these each week, but for me one was more than enough. I drank it out of desperation when I was exhausted and felt much worse soon after. I was jittery and shaky, I felt very unwell. I think that for people who are not caffeine addicts, or suffer from medical conditions, drinks like these should be avoided.
The taste is quite good, and sugar free means diabetics can drink it too.
It has that typical chemically sugar free aftertaste. It made me quite shaky and I was left with a very unpleasant feeling in general, racing heart and jittery.
