Should have done this years ago – After putting off having blinds installed on our verandah for too long we are so happy with the outcome of what is now an extra room for us and friends who visit. ask why I hadn’t received any information regarding the warranty period carried by the product . To this day I still don’t know how long I am covered and if there is a problem who do I contact. I thought anything you buy should have a defined warranty period . Was I prepared to continue dealing with Redgum Blinds NO. I would also like to point out the reason for reviewing poor installation by adding the following The installer failed to wear the appropriate safety gear when using a metal grinding machine he had no safety glasses, gloves . Using a grinder with the metal sheets being cut on the tiled floor rather than on an appropriate table or work horse. Then when the roller blind boxing didn’t fit the area that was measured leaving a notable gap only to be told that that is the best your going to get. For the thousands of dollars I spent I expect at least attention to detail.

overseas made shutters which i have elsewhere in my home..... and they are like chalk and cheese! The new ones from Redgum with their felt linings and locks ENTIRELY block out the elements.
