**Review of Redlands Coast Shuttle** ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently had a very disappointing experience with Redlands Coast Shuttle. I took their service from Brisbane Domestic Airport to Redland Bay Marina and was charged an astonishing $130 for two passengers. In comparison, I checked both ways and found that an Uber ride costs only $84.72 from the airport and $72 from Redland Bay back to the airport, especially during the Saturday evening hours (9-10 PM).
When I raised my concerns about the pricing with the driver, I was met with an arrogant and unpleasant attitude, which only added to my frustration. I expected a more professional and courteous response, particularly when discussing such a significant pricing discrepancy.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Redlands Coast Shuttle. If you're looking for a reliable and reasonably priced transportation option, I suggest exploring other alternatives. Save your money and avoid the hassle!
Follow-up · I was asked to write a follow-up So, from that horrible experience, I have been simply using Uber to go to the airport or come back - it's twice as cheap and I do not need to wait in the airport for Redlands Coast Shuttle to pick up other passengers and drop them off before dropping me, but charging me for a “ private transfer. Uber is easy, comfortable, and much less expensive.
Excellent Shuttle – A group of 10 adults and two children were transported to and from the Brisbane Cruise Terminal. Great service. Comfortable clean vehicle. Helpful and obliging driver. Very affordable. Highly recommended.
