Have had great experiences with these guys, offer a good range of quality products, but most importantly they stand by them and have been fantastic to deal with when there's been issues. This is in stark contrast to my experiences with one of the biggest electrical wholesalers online. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Reduction Revolution again.

Purchased the MAT HEATER, smaller size - new design lighted switch is an easy way to see when it's on. This replaces a mat from 2013 that I wore out (still using a second one at work). Best thing is the heat, next best thing is the silence (compared to fan heaters). Out standing service - the company works with you to resolve any issues. Buy this mat - your feet will thank you. party websites. Given the quality of the products the prices are great, best retail that you will find. If you know what you are doing and have access to wholesalers you may get a better price for large orders but not worth messing around for imho.
I had one occasion where I had a warranty issue. The service was amazing and rectified quickly and easily by the business.

Great solar monitor and sensors – Got a powersensor solar monitor and additional sensor late last year to get up to date accurate information of consumption and generation of solar. and I've been pleasantly surprised at how good it's been. Has been excellent to keep me informed about the best time to turn on the power greedy items like my PHEV charger and big appliances, and just generally balance the load so I consume as much of the solar and rarely feed back to the grid if possible due to the insanely low feedback tariff.
Easy simple fast transaction and delivery – Easy to buy from, needed a replacement remote control for a ceiling fan received regular updates on delivery progress plus the delivery was fast. Remote worked just fine and would recommend them to anyone

if the noise continued, how to lodge claim with Eglo. They were very helpful, and Eglo sent a new fan straight away. I will review Eglo and the fan, too.

caused a certain amount of trepidation. The website read well but what eventually swayed me was a number of reviews across various sites where customers had been very happy with their shopping experience. Consequently, I placed the order and shortly after received an emailed tax invoice. The order was sent within a day or two with a tracking number and arrived a few days later, well packed and exactly what I had ordered.
However, when I began to fit this to our bed, almost immediately noted that it was a real stretch reaching from one side to the other. Closer inspection revealed that while the box was clearly labelled as a Super King, the size was marked 180 x 204cm fitted. This is almost identical to the the New Zealand size "Super King" as in Australia we use 204 x 204cm.
Believing the company had sent me a blanket destined for the New Zealand market, I contacted Reduction Revolutions Customer Support (email only as no phone support is available). They got back to me within 24 hours and after a few emails back and forth (they always responded promptly) it was determined that Sunbeam had changed the size of their “Super King” to a size almost identical to the Australian “King Size” of 183 x 203cm. I was then offered the option of returning the blanket for a full refund or, if I decided to keep it, they would offer a significant refund on the purchase price. As the blanket would still fit (just) we decided to take the discount. After sending off the emailed response, the refunded discount they had promised appear on my credit card within the hour.
I’m sour on Sunbeam changing the size, but not the designation, by still labelling it on the box as a Super King but I was very impressed with Reduction Revolution’s prompt responses. In each case it was clear I was communicating with an actual person and not someone just cutting and pasting canned responses into the email. My experience with this retailer will definitely make me want to do business with them again.
