Redvue Holiday Apartments

I received a bill for $ 811.60 for i night Please note it has a Balcony but she said you cannot open it. What's the point of paying for Balcony if it doesn't open. She wanted to hear the Ocean you cannot apparently. Also Note: There is no Hot water in Kitchen or bathroom sink ??? Never ever not even in a Caravan park seen that and I have travelled the world. If you want to wash dishes you have to use the Jug to boil the water.. Go to Byron for the weekend and stay at there local caravan park it has more to offer and soooooo cheap. I've stayed there myself 2 times its awesome.

After receiving the bill here is what I wrote to Management

[Name Removed], the thing that makes me even sicker to the stomach is this woman only has months to live and she came to Australia to say her final good byes to her family and friends and you and the other lady treated her like garbage! She even offered to show the manager her medical records and you still aggressively kicked her out. You people are disgusting. Where is your DUTY of care to mankind? BTW I have your keys

I will not be paying for this I live locally and used all my details and I booked this for my friend visiting from Italy I made the reservation to take the burden off he, and she used my car however. She has moved on to Northern Queensland before flying back to Italy. She does not live in Australia. Her name is [Name Removed]. You had no right to charge my card for all of that. And believe me I'll fight for it. How dare you treat a foreign person that way. You also are in for an extremely rude awakening she told me she told you she was a judge. She's not !!!!! I feel so sick in the stomach for what you did too an innocent women she's never smoked a day in her life she has lung disease BTW. And also has many disabilities, noticed the cane did you ? The asthma spray etc how slowly she walked and you showed no empathy, sympathy or concern what so ever , . You even stopped a young man in the street that was going to help her walk across that crazy road and you stopped him and let her struggle and watched every minute of it. Where's your Duty of CARE??? And calling the police on her. It's people like you and the horrible rude manager she told me that makes me ashamed to be Australian. I hope you slept last night because she almost had to call an ambulance her blood pressure was through the roof she measures it 3 times a day. You turned off her TV she was still in room packing it takes her a long time. So she already told you that she was checking out and yet people pounded on her door over and over again demanding she left. I will right a review on her behalf because I told her that place looks good online but clearly not. In the hours she was there she made pages and pages of observations on the way you conduct your business I was appalled. I took copies of all of her notes and will put it also in the review. She told me about I guess you a man employee walking around in bare feet. You don't know what I do either and that goes against every rule in the book on OH&S standards. Clearly you don't have any. I am a Qualified External Auditor and I know every rule in the book and will be reporting you in Australia. I will also report what she saw waiting in the lobby. A pack of kids that came out of pool area dripping wet and there was water everywhere in the lobby. She was waiting so long for the police she called them herself I laughed with there response. Anyway back to the water. Apparently no one cleaned it up while she waited. And I ask why did you not put a sign up saying be careful wet floor. She said there are a lot of older people there you do realise they have weak bones don't you. You people are an accident waiting to Explode like an Atomic BOMB !

Did you not even notice her luggage was massive while she struggled with it. For a 2 Night stay didn't you think that was at all odd.??????????????? Honestly you should start looking for another job. My Freind and I have been Lead Auditors in externally auditing business around the world my friend 30 and me 27 years we are always making observations. As Managers of a large establishment are you oblivious ? There are like 150 places to stay in Redcliffe and this place should have gone down with the TITANIC.....

Her career is working for a well accomplished Company worldwide in Quality Management she did it for 30 yrs she's stayed in places all over the world doing external audits on all different companies. In her last year before being told she will die of cancer she worked at SGS International. She said there businesses itself has pages and pages of major non conformances, I don't think there is much of a future for the Manager and a man called [Name Removed]. Oh and she told me about the disgusting white sheets and the note she left. You should be shut down by health department for filthy sheets. I will add that one to my report and let future customers know what to expect. It sounded like a scene out of Ramseys Hotel Nightmares when she saw what she slept on that night it was stained so badly her she wanted to vomit and said because sheets were white.
