Terrible customer service. Ended up receiving my items 5 weeks after I ordered them. I sent countless emails and messages via their website and social media to enquire when I’d be receiving my goods but I never received a reply. The order was eventually sent after I sent them an email stating I’d be lodging a refund through my bank. Don’t order from here.
PLEASE ANSWER YOUR EMAILS!!!!!! Your customer service is terrible - no phone number, no physical store - just an email that you never reply to! The sent incorrect item & four weeks late still not received my original order even after I returned the incorrect product to them. TERRIBLE customer service.

through without issue, but since then, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed twice with no response. The only contact method on their website is an email address—no phone number, making it difficult to follow up.
For comparison, I placed an order with 2XU on the same day. Despite a long weekend, it arrived within five days. Meanwhile, I’ve still had no response from Ref Warehouse. While officiating on the weekend, I heard from others who have had similar issues with them, which is concerning.
As a result, I had to order a whistle from Amazon—it arrived the next day. Even a whistle I ordered from the US on a Wednesday arrived by Monday.
I really wanted to support a specialty referee supplier, but the lack of communication and service is disappointing. Hopefully, they can improve, but for now, I’m hesitant to order from them again.
Edit: I posted this earlier this morning and at 9.20am I received an email advising they are shipping my order today and thanking me for my patience. I'd recommend a bit more communication from the company.
Edit II: I emailed them again after waiting 8 days for my item to be sent after waiting 2 weeks for them to dispatch it in the first place. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. These seem to be the sort of people who give referees and umpires a bad reputation. I hate using Amazon, but if I need things for refereeing in the fututre, I'll be going there before ever using this company again. It literally took me demanding a refund to get them to get off their backsides and post my order.
Unresponsive, incorrect advertising, products not as described. Do not honor exhanges or refunds – In January 2024 I asked 3 simple questions; The size advertised on your site for Ref shirts is wrong. Do you sell shirts of the size advertised? They stated after two months that these were exceptionally difficult questions and would require a specialist to answer. And since they were so busy it would take a "few days" to get back to me. So I have $200 of ref gear here I can't use. Wouldn't take it back and refund either.
Now, I can't even buy from them. And they refuse to respond to emails. It's now been 3 months and I still can't get answers. Apparently their busy period is from January to December and during that time they don't respond to emails. Not having a phone number is highly unusual and questionable.
The presentation jacket is exclusive to them and I need one urgently. But they won't sell me one. If I receive it and the size is not what they have advertised apart from the fact that return postage is obscenely expensive, I'm sure like other reviewers here, that I'll end up losing $120+ as they take the returned jacket and refuse to send me a different size.
Given their ref shirts are falsely advertised why should I believe that the presentation jackets are true to size? I've just given up on the shorts. I'll buy an $8 pair from KMart. At least theirs are true to size and have a string long enough to go all the way around.
Absolutely appalling company. I think it's time to contact consumer affairs and anyone else that deals with retailer complaints. Surely these business practices cross the line, it not in legality, then at least in ethics.
Given I can't currently buy the products I need, I can't offer an invoice as proof of purchase.
False display of product details, no contact information, no response, removal of product pictures the next day – Do not buy from referee warehouse, they are quick to take your money but do not respond to falsely advertised products which they sell and block your email when trying to respond, on top of this they don't have a phone number. received the product it had no pockets. I sent the photo of the product received and the website page displaying 5 pictures that showed pockets, then no response. The next day I checked the website and they had removed the 5 photos and put 3 pictures which showed no pockets. A very fraudulent company, I would not recommend buying from them unless you are interested in getting ripped off! Great service. Quick delivery – Emailed a query about a product and needing it within 4 days. Not only was the response prompt and communication easy, I received the goods in 2 days. Highly recommend Ref Warehouse.
Woeful communication – Quick to take money but does everything possible to avoid communicating with customers. Emails unanswered, instagram doesn’t allow comments, no phone number
Useless return policy – I’ve tried to contact you for the past month in returns and even sent my pants back. You have not responded to anything and I have wasted $120 on pants that I won’t be getting back since you haven’t responded yet
Super Helpful and Convenient – I ordered a New set of Patrick linesman flags and needed them to be delivered by a certain date so I asked if the order could be sped up and had nothing but a nice email confirming I would be able to be helped out
Never communicate and product not delivered – Ordered and paid. Never heard anything. Wrote an email 4 business days before Easter. 9 business days later haven't heard a thing. Consumer Affairs will be notified as I haven't received product and have lost money as I cannot referee.

Still waiting – i ordered January 24th. I live In Ireland and I know post to here was suspended til March. I do receive the automated email responses, Ive received quite a few at this stage. Reading the reviews, I can see why the reviews are so bad, this company must be one of the worst in the industry and I will definitely be spreading the word to my referee contacts and in the referee community to stay well away from this company.
There is also no contact number readily available which is a cop out excuse for such a poor company as you know everyone will be ringing to complain.

Delayed delivery date – I've ordered 2 items (Referee T-Shirt and a Whistle). Last 22-February-2022 however until now, 11-April-2022. Service is pretty bad – Purchased a skort from here. Ordered 4 weeks ago and got the thank you and here is your tracking number. allowed the order. Ok but how come it took 4 weeks and I got a tracking number. This just sounds not right. They refunded my money so not out of pocket just really disappointed with both the communication of this company and Australia Post. Will be taking this up with Australia Post as well. Allsport sportsmesh skort – No issues with delivery. Tracking was provided and came within 2 weeks. My issue has to do with the built in shorts. They ride up my inner thigh and chafe. This really defeats the purpose of them. I’m constantly pulling them down and don’t enjoy wearing them at all. Not liking the slit up one side either. I have a skort from a different company which do not do this. I love them and will only wear these from now on.

cards. If this is not resolved I will be forced to cancel my order and demand a refund. Being a volunteer for my club makes this even harder to understand why this process is so difficult. I also do not understand some reviews where you say there is a world wide shortage, umm place that on your website as low stock or no stock or even unavailable. Stop taking peoples hard earned money.

Unbelievable service! – I needed 2 black and white referee shirts for a costume this Saturday 17/04. Got in touch with Ref Warehouse on Monday 12/04, explaining my situation and if they could help, ordered the shirts the next day 13/04, and they arrived yesterday afternoon 14/04. I can't thank them enough for their amazing service as I did not expect this to arrive in time.

Sent to wrong address | Won’t claim responsibility – Early September I ordered 2 whistles. They weren’t shipped until December - 3 months later. Shipped to wrong address and due to tracking saying ‘delivered’ will not re-send to correct address... No dispute to Aus Post due to laziness on their end. E-mail communication is abysmal, English clearly not their first language. Wouldn’t recommend.
