Dreadful customer service – Absolutely pathetic service. First time the service person arrived 24 hours late. Now am trying to get responses on aircon quote, on hold for over 45 minutes and phone call dropped out twice. They promised to get back with quotes for aircon replacement and never responded.

available, but an appointment was offered to me in the evening the next day, which I had to refuse because it clashed with prior appointments of mine. This morning (Sunday 21/07) I received a text that the technician would arrive in half an hour, and right on time he knocked at my door and immediately set to work on my washing machine and within 20 minutes the job was done. He provided the replacement door seal too, bonus! I paid by bank transfer, but there are many ways offered to pay one's bill I highly recommend RefAir Appliances Repair Pty. Ltd, they also repair fridges, air conditioners etc....give them a try!
