Smell is Toxic – Didn't realize it was a scam, the product arrived eventually but it smells toxic, and could not even keep in the bathroom the scent was so strong, had to throw it away. Didn't realize website says no returns.

Poor experience end to end – Alarm bells went off when I didn't receive an order confirmation and no response from 2 emails, Facebook, and Instagram. This is actually the first time I wrote such a harsh review, but my hope is to warn others of what you could experience.

Extremely disappointed – I would suggest you save your money and buy a cheap bar of soap and use that on your hair as that's how my hair felt after using this product. Was a complete disappointment. Damaging to your hair and does not do anything for grey coverage. Have tried to contact them via email help@refressbrand.com and have had no response, other thank an auto generated one. It doesn't work – When I received the product packaging looked a bit suspicious. It came from a PO Box in Australia. No address. I thought I was ordering from the States as price was in US dollar. this product was made in Australia but it's not. After looking for reviews, the only reviews I could find was in their own website. Probably all fake. It's a new website ( 2023). No reviews elsewhere. The good reviews on Facebook and Instagram are from fake profiles. Actually there is a website with an article about this product ( hair darkening shampoo bar) that was written by the actual company so it can't be trusted as well. Been using for a while and it didn't change my grays and it didn't help with flaky scalp. Wouldn't recommend, it looks like a scam company.
