shouting. Rather than acknowledging the issues and offering a resolution, the staff became aggressive and unprofessional on the call. This is completely unacceptable.

I have now been forced to spend additional time reporting this company to Consumer Affairs. No one should have to go through this after already dealing with the stress of moving.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for end of lease cleaning to look elsewhere. Poor workmanship is one thing, but the way complaints are handled says everything about a company's values. Zero stars if I could.

Scam business. Turned up, immediately increased the quote, refused to start work until they were paid in full. We negotiated a 50% payment with remainder on completion. They wiped a bench top, then demanded the remainder of the funds. We told them to leave. When we asked for a refund, the owner told me to go f myself, and 'what are you going to do about it'. They should be in jail (probably will be at some point).

I was harassed over text message for the next half of the payment and when I asked for photos and proof they had cleaned the windows, he said they couldn't remove flyscreens. That's when I started to get even MORE suspicious and decided to count my losses and ask them to leave.

Quoted for an end of lease clean. Arrived and refused to start work until they were paid in full, started quoting extra for 'windows' despite having already quoted for this. Started adding extras. We told them to stop half way through and went with another provider. Disgraceful.

they have all the right chemicals so don’t worry. They arrived early and didn’t know they had to clean the render so I spoke to them by phone. Person on phone said I was asking about tiles in alfresco which is simply not true. It was about the render over the garage. There is now mud along the base of the gutters that was not there before, the south wall is now worse because it has patches on it. Unfortunately my husband paid without checking first. Now need to get someone to do the job they were supposed to do, so the cheap quote was not cheap at all. Had booked appointment from 1pm.onwards, apparently not able to give a better estimate than that. Okay I proceed with the booking and confirm the booking on the day 1pm until 6.40pm waiting no message or text no answer to call or messages and the chat tell me they will look into it and get back to me. I'm thoroughly impressed with Regs service group ! Their team is professional, efficient, and meticulous. My home looks and feels sparkling clean. They even did the dishes and laundry! Highly recommend them for their attention to detail and excellent customer service.

they ghost you. My Property Manager wanted me to have some cleaning issues redone. I chased them for a week trying to get them back to do this. In the end the 'boss' [Name Removed] hung up on me on the phone and blocked me. Terrible terrible business, inefficiently and poorly run with THE worst customer service. DO NOT HIRE!

From neglected kitchen appliances to dirty windows and dusty surfaces, it was evident that the so-called "end of lease clean" was a mere superficial attempt at best.

Not only did Regal fail to meet basic cleaning standards, but their lackadaisical approach also left me with no chance of recovering my bond. The property manager was unimpressed with the subpar cleaning job, and rightfully so. Absolute rubbish service – Don't waste your time. After calling the main number I received a call back from a mobile and was give a quote over the phone. Eager to do it the same day (always a red flag). Once on-site, was given a higher price. I said I would have to run it by the owner of the house, to which I was told 'don't ever call me again on this number'. Unbelievable and totally unprofessional, let alone the number of time I had to confirm the address. Stay clear!
