Recently purchased & installed aluminium windows for entire house. Price was more than competitive, product was great, service was impeccable. Dealt with Ewan who made process effortless. Nothing was a problem & I highly recommend them. Very independent review as I know no one at the Company. Rob, St Helena Victoria.
DO NOT USE REGENCY – Caused more damage removing the old windows and putting the new windows in than you could imagine and then refused to come and fix up the damage.
Shonky window winders – Had Aluminium windows installed on bathroom & bedroom. (on Sth side of our apt block only) Bedroom window winder went awry not long after installation some 15yrs ago -window did not close completely. I didn't worry about it for some years, then I got jack of it & rang Regency, was told warranty expired. Lately found new window winders in another apt block's bin, they had aluminium windows installed & threw away the excess winders - which are a perfect match for my windows. However tried to remove the old window winders - but the darn thing has been screwed on soooo damned tight that it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the screws!! - spent one hour to no avail! I'm sure tradesmen make a point of this caper so customers have to appoint tradesmen to undertake (what should be) the simplest of repairs, replacements! As for the bathroom window winder, I don't bother even closing it as is VERY HARD to open again. .. has been the case pretty much since installation. Will tell our Owner's Corp manager to not use Regency again!
Quality designer windows for our project with service to match – Our house was architecturally designed and the team made it work to get our desired look. We found Regency Windows to be more expensive than others we got quotes from but the quality was there and you really get what you pay for.

Dear Lora, Thank you for your feedback. We need to clarify that our window hardware carries a 2-year warranty, which is standard in the industry. Your windows were installed 15 years ago, well beyond any reasonable warranty period. We must also note that Regency Windows retains all excess materials - we do not dispose of spare window winders in building bins.
