Regent Cruiser

regent rubbish buyer beware – were called in to pickup new 2023 22ft cruiser van stove didn't work.? scratches on stove.door step well scatches. lighting remote didn't work. filled in warranty card left green rv's yard.. 1st trip to mt.isa bed gas struts broke off.went use washing machine flooded caravan.kitchen sink wouldn't drain. hose full on silastic. numerous number of screws over tightened and stripped out threads head board around club lounge came loose. contacted green rv they didn't want to know about it told us to contact warranty mob. i sit in the van as i write this.terrified at what else we will discover wrong with this piece of rubbish van.

WOW! Great van and great service – Our 'Cruiser' performed very well, towing back from pick up in Melbourne. All inclusions are as requested and seem to be performing to specifications. Received fabulous service from both the Melbourne Service Centre Team and the Factory Team. Very professional support and after-sales service. Love it!

Excellent – Overall we are very proud of our caravan and recommend regent to anyone that is looking for a well made caravan. Our changes were made with no fuss, and fantastic communication. Purchased a 18'6 caravan in late 2006. very happy with all fittings and changes made for our needs. an extra effort made by regent to help us with requirements that really made us happy with our purchase. We had problems with the dvd/cd player that was rectified as soon as we let them know about it, all under warranty

Good – Would be an excellent van if quality controls were in place during building and if there was a check sheet to go through by manafacturer prior to sending van to dealer for delivery to the owner. NOTE; this is our 2nd new Regent in 4 years, the first was excellent with no problems, we just updated to an ensuite model. Value for money, items standard, not extras as other vans.Minor alterations allowed only from other floorplans makes you less confused as everything is there. Lack of detail,quality control when it left factory. Poor workmanship performed during manafacture although rectified since under warranty at their factory.

OK – given the above minor problems which are a nuisance at the time, the van is very good overall. the shower door is timber and looks superior to the anodised one used in later vans. most accesories required are standard and when purchased represented excellent value for money.we like the clour scheme which is a little unusual and we will consider regent when purchasing our next van. Like the overall layout and most of the build. it has piano hinges and most features standard tht one would require in a caravan. Regent support their product completely and are excellent to deal with. have had a few hassles with leaks. boot, front and side windows which the dealer didn't want to know about. all fixed except the front boot by regent even after the warranty expired ( although mentioned in the warranty period.TV dvd have all been replaced under 20000 klms.
