Regent SRC Prior to purchase were very helpful, since purchase, I've had numerous issuers. My supplier suggestion was "you have the manuals sort it out yourself"? submitted all receipts and photos to SRC on the 10th of October. Still waiting on my case manager to email/call me as to why it's been knocked back? We love the van, tows well, has all the amenities. I paid Jayco of course.
Lights – Can’t get my remote to turn the lights on in the lounge, checked and replaced battery already.
Nice van but poor attention to factory finish – I have had 2 regent vans and both leaked. New one tows good, tail lights leaked, plumbing installed incorrectly under van, plumbing under sink leaked. Solar panel not charging , usb plugs don’t work. Show details
Fantastic Van – We are so happy we purchased a Regent Discoverer 21.6 Van , easy to tow, great quality built van, and the staff at Green RV were great to work with. Had little issues when we bought the van, but warranty staff were great again in fixing our problems, even when i lost my annex from my 4x4, a replacement was ordered through the spare parts team. great product, great team , Recommend Regent Caravans Show details
Leaking and rotted only 2 yrs old – This van only 2 yrs old leaking and rotted wall no help from Green RV or Regent Melbourne out of warranty according to them. Will keep trying to get satisfaction on a repair or refund Show details

wanted a caravan at a maximum of 21 ft long. We wanted good storage for food and other commodities. Regent agreed to build a caravan to our own specifications based on the 21 ft Family Caravan for which they charged a design premium which we were happy to pay considering the panels are Computer designed and accurately cut.
We were very pleased with the Caravan when we picked it up in Melbourne and have completed about 2500-3000 Km with no problems. The caravan handles very well and is very suitable for a family adventure and is very well appointed with a high standard of finish. We feel Regent were very patient with us, our dealer was Green RV Redcliffe. Needless to say we have no commercial interest in either of the above companies.
We want to have more experience with our Caravan before we upgrade to 5 Stars.
