lost my money, bad experience, would NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from them, and on Facebook, they state that they are an Australian business in NSW, may I suggest perhaps China.
Do not buy from here – Definitely a scam website. Ordered Sept 2023 and still no refund for smashed goods (now Feb 2024). Oddly (?) sent goods (but broken on arrival due to very poor packaging). Also oddly replied a couple of times to emails. But nothing since. $ 200 AUD gone. Don't risk using this site.
Electric Shears – I purchased a drill attachment electric shear to cut through roofing iron. Very disappointed. We were trying to cut 0.6mm colourbond flashing. The specifications say it can cut up to 0.8mm. The video that Relaxed show in their advertisement seem to cut through the metal like soft cheese, which is certainly not the case as you can see by the video.… Read more
They say they are an Australian company and seems like the item would be shipped from Australia, but they come from China. I contacted the company to tell them how disappointed I was and they said they would get back to me. Do not buy one of these attachments.
Fraudulent don’t buy – I ordered a electric shear piece supposed to cut through roofing iron, it does not work and they refuse to refund, products coming from China, reported to PayPal and will contact consumer affairs. Relaxedinc portable spray gun & Effortless Furniture Mover – They are both useless items. Effortless furniture Mover does not lift a single thing. Spray gun battery last only a few minutes. Their customer service does not work when I told them they did not deliver the products after 2 months, i wanted to cancel. and say it passed the 30days refund policy when they took more than 2 months for delivery. They sell useless products. I believe they are "Dropshipping" style of company, hence not reliable. Not sure why Afterpay provide service to such company.

Furniture Lifter that does not lift Furniture – Do not buy any item from this company. Have purchased the furniture lifter over 2 months ago. Would not lift any of the furniture on carpet. a response from them after many emails suggesting they will look into it. However after 3 weeks have not heard anything from them. I doubt whether they are as they say a small Australian company. I cannot understand after all the bad reviews they have received their still advertising. Buyer beware.
Paint gun useless!! – recieved the cordless paint gun from this mob, battery is all but useless, its lasts about 7 minutes only to die. I have emailed them but don't expect a reply, $150 down the drain.

ago still nothing and no follow up email. I have threatened a complaint to the office of fair trading but to be honest I don't even know where the company is based or who I am dealing with here.

especially the Company. They have supposedly been looking into a refund of ???? for nearly 4 weeks and WON'T reply to my emails any more. Wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them
Spray paint gun – The battery is next to useless. It lasted 10 minutes and then needs to be charged for 5 hours minimum, only for it to die again. After 15+ emails, I am still waiting for a return address to get a full refund. Show details
Furniture jack faulty. Refund promised, but still nothing – Like Noelene W, I found the furniture jack did not lift furniture. They declined a refund initially, but later accepted that it was faulty. Product not as advertised – The jack did not lift the furniture. I returned the product as advised. It is still awaiting collection. The product they charged was $99.99. You can buy it elsewhere on line for under $25.00. I do not have the product. My expenses are $99.99 + cost of return postage $17. 00
