found that the only wet to straight available was the Remington S-8000. I purchased it for $57, more expensive then the usual Remington straightener..

I'm glad I did purchase the product. It's very easy to use and works really well at making the hair feel smooth and soft. All I have to do is spray a little thermal protection spray, wait a minute or two, then start straightening my hair.

It saves a whole lot of time and gives the same results a regular straightener would.

I'd definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to spare for their hair to buy this as it is extremely useful and convenient. Doesn't damage the hair as much as a regular straightener would. Convenient if you are in a rush and don't have time to blow dry your hair, but still want it to look nice and straight. I couldn't really get a good grip of the stand of hair, though this is sort of expected as the hair is wet. It is expensive compared to the other Remington straighteners, but this is because it is able to be used on wet AND dry hair.
