payment. I really wanted to hit them hard for falsely marketing the item as genuine. The bank refunded me anyway for their mistake in assessing the chargeback.

So if you still dare to order from them despite multiple warnings here and elsewhere on the internet, make sure you use a credit card, return items with registered post (proof of delivery) AND THEN HIT THEM HARD WITH A CHARGEBACK if you don't get $ back. They need to be taught a lesson if you unfortunately get tangled up with them. Also take plenty of photos/videos and PROVE they sent you a fake or wrong/faulty item, and keep or screenprint austpost delivery info.

BUT BEST NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. Not worth the risk and hassle. Buy elsewhere.

pursue it through my credit card company. I feel ripped off. I have confirmation of delivery from Australia Post and a credit card receipt but they did not provide me with a confirmation of the transaction other than the credit card and website interaction. This is a scam website and a scam store stay away from it.

TV and model number, a copy of the invoice and asked to be sent the correct one, I am getting no response from the text messages I was asked to send I have sent multiple messages and get no response. A very disappointing result. Beware of this company

I was kept updated with order and shipping confirmations via email, and have not been ‘bothered’ since by RCW with continued marketing or review request emails. Will purchase from the company again, if need be. Take a look at Trustpilot for overwhelmingly positive reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMSTERS – of this site would let me give them zero stars I would...service is less than 1 star... Fraudulent company – Ordered air conditioning remotes. Items never arrived. Either got no replies to my emails or was told they would ‘follow up’ but they did nothing. Phone calls not answered. This business is fradulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

0 Stars – No remotes received. Rang several times chasing up what had happened. Told it was “on the way” and to check with Australia Post. Australia Post said they had no record of the item. Then I requested a refund - rang several times again and each time was assured the refund had been paid it and to check with my bank. The bank advised they had no record of the pending refund. your model number and special samsung model code (slightly longer) you can use this site to get an exact match. their menu system that is precise. After I ordered, they email me to follow up as they don't have stock for that precise article, and offered another (similar) one which while not an exact match, might as well be, it worked immediately and didnt even need to be paired with the TV using the 2 button keystroke written under the battery cover. I can assure you it is Very hard to find a genuine remote for a samsung 8 series tv from 2016 in 2022. let alone an Australian seller that looks real.

Air Con works perfectly – Our air conditioner worked but some functions didn't work. Then I dropped the remote and smashed it completely. After googling the model number I found this company. Their replacement was inexpensive and arrived in a few days. All we had to do was put in the battery and the a-c works better than before.

Efficient and accurate – Ordered correct model Samsung TV remote online from Remote Control Warehouse. Received it 2 business days later, tracked with AusPost. Works perfectly. (Had previously wasted time and money buying "compatible" from another large retailer which did not work).
