Quality job – We got RenoPro to remove an old gas wall heater and repair the wall behind it. The crew did a great job and really put the time and effort in to ensuring the best possible quality outcome on the finish. Safety was assured with the appropriate person to cap off the gas line in the wall. We are very happy with the job

Miscalculated and full of excuses – Engaged [Name Removed] from RenoPro Solutions via serviceseeking.com.au. I posted $800 to install 100 metres of quads around the house. [Name Removed] came out and measured and said there was 134 metres and wanted $1100. Then he said he would not do the part of the house that was not 'safe' (trench around house) due to WHS issues. I said fine. He quoted $550 for 'half' which I took as all the safe, non trench areas. He said he would come one day in the following week to install but rang me the next day as he had a cancelled job. After installing part of the house on a hot day, he said there is more than 134 metres. I said 'you measured' , then he continued for a little bit and then left with his dad, hot and annoyed. I discovered that he did not do the side of the house (as well as the not 'safe' area which I we agreed too). He claimed that he only agreed to 67 metres but he installed more than that. The SCOPE of work was to do the 'safe' areas ready for painting. The painter came the following week and painted all the eaves (trench and no trench). 5 stars to the painter.
