best quality materials – We had a magnificent services from the Removal D. We have been planning our dream house, we have no knowledge about where to choose, what to buy, and which is best. Through we are searching for our dream design, we ended up with nothing. Then we came to know about Renovation D. Their designs were amazing and they produced us the best quality materials.

Good Quality Products – I have ordered Bathroom vanity and some other bathroom accessories. The products I got are good quality. Also they have lower Prices from other seller in the market. I definitely recommend them.

Good range of products at great prices – Happy with the product although after sales communication was not always easy but was excellent. A faulty hinge 3 months after purchase was replaced without any trouble. Knowledgeable team too.

Custom Vanity - superb – I ordered a custom vanity online, colour matched to Dulux shade number. From start to finish the online ordering process was easy, all details were checked over again and the resulting product is high quality and absolutely perfect- all at a really good price. Vanity heights non standard – What a disaster. They have vanities at 830mm height (to save on materials I assume) we were expecting 900mm. We did not measure the vanity when we ordered it they display it on a base so it was deceiving we did not figure out the height was non standard. customers and I ended up speaking with Troy. He had responses already prepared (obviously they deal with this issue a lot)...I was told that I should have measured the vanity height before ordering...I thought people work to standard or advise their customers that its not standard. We had other issues as well the taps that we were assured are ready for pick up they could not find and we waited an hour and 20min for them to find alternatives. Waste of time. Will not be buying anything else from this shop.

Poor quality – Poor quality kitchen sink bought it only a few month ago, faulty product we been calling them to get a refund or a different sink no help at all, never recommend buying anything from there My sink was meant to be black its all white and old already only purchased not long ago after we spent so much money in the store we get no customer service back

Good product – High quality product, friendly staff. Definitely go there again. I love the design and the quality is good , long warranty.

Terrible Customer service. Delivery policy a rip off – Purchased a shower screen from renovation d. No issue with the product what so ever. However, they charged us 150 dollars for the delivery of the glass, which is fine. However the delivery people rang me and said i needed to be home to help the delivery guy. At the time a needed to be at work and couldn't help. They said they wouldn't deliver… Read more

until someone was there to help as the item needs two people to deliver it. I said why do you charge 150 dollars for delivery if you don't provide enough people to get the product into the house. They simply said it was not their issue and refused to deliver until someone was home to help them lift the product. At this point i asked to speak to the owner and was told word for word "the manager is next to me and he doesn't want to talk to you, how about we just refund your money".

I gave in and took time off work the following week to accept delivery. Pathetic customer service. Couldn't of cared less about my objection to their delivery set up. Will never buy from them again.

drawer panel straight the way with very little charge! They also help out on my installation, able to reach them on phone anytime during business hour 7 days!! they talk directly to my plumber and sort out all issue in minutes , Looking forward to use them for next bathroom!!

they didn't have what I wanted and I had to buy elsewhere I was so disappointed as it cost so much more. Most of the time though they could order in what I wanted.

They also try hard to help you and they are flexible when they need to be. Even when I had issues with products they happily refunded or replaced what I was returning. They were truly lovely to deal with - both honest and helpful!

Thus far each experience with them has been good. I continue to return to them as I trust their product and their service.

Happy customer – I was recommended to Renovation D by my friend. They have a huge range of products and they can also custom make things without a big price tag. Everything purchased from them are excellent, and hassle free. Will definitely recommend to others.

Anything but hassle free – Our shower screen arrived but with the rail on which the door rolls missing. When notified, Renovation D promised to send it out straight away, but when I called after waiting another week they admitted to forgetting to send it a second time. They said it had been and made a big deal about me not believing them, but when I asked for a tracking number, unfortunately their computer systems were down. A day later (after 2 more calls) I did get the tracking number, but it had no scans on it and the courier confirmed the item was booked but still not collected. more than 2 weeks after receiving the main part of the package I still don't have a complete shower screen.

What I have seen is nice, but I don't know for sure I will ever get all the parts I need to install it and I don't trust the company anymore. There is more to the bad service and dishonesty, but I wont bore you with the details, except to say their constant promises to call back, when they have no intention of doing so, are infuriating.

Made to measure – We bought nearly 5k of kitchen cupboards draws and pantry. All custom made to my design. Found them very helpful. Gave advice on what I could and couldn't do. All were made to the correct sizes. Finish to top quality and ready on time. Very happy with the result. Would use and recommend them again

Consistently Top – We have been buying from Reno D now virtually since it opened. Not everything has been perfect but in every they made good. Maybe there are people out there who are better but we are yet to find them. We recomend them to all our friends

Vanity wasn't size or quality we ordered – The vanity was ordered as 1500 wide. It came 1490 wide with the back being only 1488. It was not even square. They refused to fix it unless I paid over $900 or seek a refund less 20% because that is what they have on their invoice.

DISGUSTING AND RUDE – Disgusting site, dangerous, should be reported to WHS - customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced in my life, they sit on their phones and ignore you, crap service I'll be letting everyone know not to use you and I'll be reporting this site to WHS

Poor quality – We bought our taps and sink tops and sink drawers from Renovation D. The quality has been very poor so I would not buy these items from them again. (Luckily we bought another brand sink so that seems OK still). It's cheap, but in this case you really get what you pay for ..

Bad service – We purchased 4 shower screens from them, the size of the products we received are not right size, three were too much gaps between. they refused to change

Unprofessional – I had very bad experience with them. The manager was very rude. They provided wrong advises and I have to suffer the loss

Very Dissappointing – I purchased thousands of dollars worth of bathroom and kitchen items, but had a slight little problem with the freestanding bathtub it was too big for the area it was going into. Great quality and excellent prices – We bought all of our tapware and shower screens from Renovation D and found them excellent. The quality has been great and prices unbeatable. They also arranged delivery at competitive rates. We're about to make our fifth purchase from them so we're obviously happy customers and I have recommended them to friends who are also doing DIY renovations.

Shower Screen- Poor installation – Purchased a shower screen and installation from renovation D . You have to pay up front before they will come and install. Was given installers phone number and told to book install with him , had to chase installer constantly leaving phone calls . installer wont return my calls . Renovation D refusing to accept responsibility saying its the installers fault . I have now lodged a claim with fair trading. I wish I had of read reviews before going here . WARNING , WARNING consumers these guys are back yard operators with a no care factor. Google reviews are DONT USE

Do not buy from them – We purchased quite a few items from them however the quality is quite disappointing. the stonetop is very poor quality, draws are poorly made. and we had some missing parts the sales person was so rude on the phone. why we need to put up with that? obviously they made a mistake they should fix it, plus the missing parts caused delay on our end… Read more

Shop safely at Renovation D – Cant knock them for price or service, Renovation D really helped us in our build process. Product was timely, of great value (price) and reasonable quality. We only once had to contact around a faulty good which they corrected within three working days at no cost. Overall an excellent source for renovating your bathroom!
