Stay Away! – I have a Dell XPS with a failing battery. As a Tech, I sought a replacement to install myself. These guys seemed ok, it was a .com.au, liberally plastered with Aussie icons, promised Auspost shipping and, most importantly, declared the item instock. wrong. When the correct details were given, the tracking site was in Mandarin but with google translate, I could glean that the item was dropped shipped from China by an Alibaba supplier. My fault for not checking these guys prior to purchase but they have no AU phone number (no phone number at all), afaik the site is actually in the US and IMHO all staff are operating from China. I am not sino-phobic or against international trade but I needed the item urgently and so chose an Australian supplier with stock on hand and delivered locally via AusPost. This site misrepresented all this and 20 days later I am still waiting. Stay away. I will be making further enquiries with Fair Trading and AUDA regarding the legitimacy of such misinformation. My advice in the meantime is to stay away.
