as scheduled on the day to install. The boys did a great job removing all the old ducting and the old A/C unit and installing everything new. They were clean and tidy and everything works well so far. Kamran came a couple of days later to upgrade the power switch at the outside unit-same again, great communication and a great job. Our experience with REQ was all positive, hence the 5 start rating
Avoid at all costs! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company. I booked a service for an evaporative air conditioner and while they did attend, they failed to actually service the unit, stating a part would need to be quoted. I never received that quote. Frustrated and without a working unit, I hired another repairer who fixed it promptly.
Six months later, I received an invoice for the initial "service" – which was clearly no service at all. This was an awful, time-wasting, and ultimately costly experience.
Recently my old A/C system stopped working. I put a job out on one of the search engines online and had 4 responses. Chris from REQ came out the within 3 days and inspected the job and gave me a quote to replace the whole system. The jobs was completed in one day - 5 days after I accepted. than others (2 of them) Everyone involved in the installation was friendly, on time and respected my home. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. I now have a much better system than I have ever had - REQ put the registers in the correct place and quoted for the correct sized motor - this had not been done for the previous system. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for air conditioning.

(already very stretched because of just moving in to new home). The whole process from meeting to finance to installation were seemless and quick. All the wonderful workers (swarm of well trained, polite, efficient workers) arrived on time and performed the job (no mean feat as it meant removing a swampie/evaporative system off the roof and in the roof and replacing with a state of the art fancy refrigerated unit/s. Setting up smart display and room zones etc. We are very happy and would highly recommend Jordan and REQ. We are talking to them already about a couple split systems we now want for our sleepout/games rooms. Sharon and Aaron

Dodgy and only care about getting paid – Photos spoke thousand words . I have herein attached photos of their dodgy work . Before installing the system , they told me that they will do top notch job but they have done around massive hole in my roof and tied the vents with sticking tape . my calls and their initial salesperson [Name Removed] will not even picked my call . There is not other customer support to express my concerns . While installing the system , they also broke my roof and left some of tiling not covered which caused leaked in my roof . Please stay away from them and do not spent your hard earned money with them .
Overpriced, salespeople, bad experience – I contacted REQ as a local Adelaide business to get a ducted air conditioning system installed. They arranged a time to meet and I had a quick call where I told the rep my requirements (ducted aircon for the front of the house) and what I was after. Friendly guy rocked up and I thought I’d scored gold getting a sales rep who was also a tradie but unfortunately not the case, he didn’t know much about aircon systems and couldn’t answer most questions. After the painful sales spiel he revealed the options prepared for me, which weren’t what I asked for, they’d written up quotes for the whole house despite me communicating multiple times that I didn’t want that (I have a brand new split in the back area). They quoted a Mitsubishi electric 10kw system for 12k (undersized for the whole house as they had designed, our house needs 17kw total). I got the same unit installed for 8.9k by rite price in the configuration I asked for.
My partner is pregnant and he spent a long time insinuating that we need some pollen filter put into the system for our baby which was just a bit gross despite not knowing much about what he was selling and what it actually did.
He left promising to write up a quote for what I actually asked for and I never heard back.
All in all typical sales rep experience and a company clearly relying on sales tactics to secure work.
