picking the simplest and easiest. Zero follow-up since other than a borderline abusive phone call from co-owner Alex Ali accusing me of wasting time and money(!) so have filed NCAT claim and will see them in court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If he did not want to do the job JUST TELL ME. So disappointing that I was treated with such disrespect. Poor form Rescom.

Leon from Rescom was the only rep who noticed that although the Inv prop had 3phase, the main house only had 2 phases with the 3rd phase going to the granny flat out back. This made us feel very confident about Leon’s knowledge. Leon took the time to discuss options and work out the best install for us which, in our case, was not the dearest, nor the cheapest. Their installers were very neat and did a good job. Their after sales service was great too. When there was an issue with the smart meter, they were out promptly to fix it. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this installer.

with him - I went and did my own analysis and was able to confirm what he had said. I was truly impressed with the amount of knowledge and the advise he had for my needs. I went ahead with the REC All Black Solar Panels. I got quotes from others and NO ONE beat them! The Installers came to install them and explained everything they were doing and why they arranged the panels the way they did. Totally informed at all times. I did have an issue with my Meter that AGL fixed and I was up and running. Embarrassing to say - I couldnt get the app to work - Alex took time out of his schedule to come to my house and help me with it. All I can say it that from E2E Rescom really took care of me. Best Product and Best Price – Got installed with them a month ago and a system has been doing so great. Longi Solar Panels and Solax Inverter. (Product are Great). My installation was a bit tricky as 10 Panels were going on Tilt Frames and rest on Tile roof. In these conditions, they did such a great job. They also committed that it will be done in Nov and it was done in Nov as per commitment. So Yes I will recommend Rescom Solar 100%. Great Job Rescom Solar.
