They asked me to wait at least one month, but it has now been a year and the package is still lost. I would have received it if they had not changed the original package description. A customs declaration is a serious matter, and their mistake caused this entire problem. They also did not assist me with getting an insurance reimbursement, and the insurance company said the claim period had already expired. I lost my product, paid the shipping fees, and didnt received any refund.
Good idea but the cost of shipping is exorbitant – The service is good but the cost of reshipping is prohibitively expensive, and you don't know for sure what the cost is going to be until it lands at the Reship depot and they send you a message. therefore *must* go by DHL, and that is the primary source of the ridiculous cost. By the time you know how much it is going to cost, you've already bought the goods from the overseas store and either you forfeit the goods and the money you've already spent on them, or you cop the exorbitant prices Reship charge to get them to you. I've done it once and I won't be doing it again. Unless you are seriously desperate for whatever it is you want to purchase overseas, I would definitely say don't use this service.
Lost my parcel – It’s the first time I used it. Its warehouse received my item and resent it. No updates after a couple of weeks. Now it’s over half year. Lost about US$249 in total. The customer service is not helpful. No compensation. I am very disappointed. Show details
Lost my item – Lost my item.... That should say it all... A service that re-ships items LOST my item!!!! Blamed the warehouse staff, weather, holidays, courier, high volume... but at the end of the day they lost my item... AVOID
