Cannot bear to use this product on my skin so will have to look elsewhere for a gentler alternative. Very disappointed. Please save your money!
I’ve been a long-time customer of Resparkle and genuinely love their products. The hand wash, washing powder, and stain remover all work really well and have a subtle, clean scent that isn’t overpowering. Additionally, their customer service has consistently been excellent. It’s a brand I trust and keep coming back to.
Love this hand wash . The foam feels light and luxurious, cleans well without drying my hands . The natural ingredients and eco friendly packaging looks great in our home .
I love this cleaning all purposes product. It´s great to have one solution for everything, pleasant perfume and non abrasive. And the bottle Is really nice too. It also makes a great gift. Customer service is amazing if you need it too. Highly recommend this product.

completely incorrect. Product is very low quality and packaging is rubbish.
I asked for the product NOT to be posted but Resparkle still went ahead and posted it over 1 month later when I asked to be refunded. Products have been sent back - Lets see what happens now................
Follow-up · No refund !!!!! Items were posted back to address that was provided. Aus Post tried to deliver . Nobody was there. Item stayed at Aus Post facility for a month. Item wasn’t collected so it was returned to me. Now this should ring alarm bells for ANYONE dealing with this dispecable business. They should be shut down. Disgusting customer service.

The dishwashing liquid plastic pump lid didn't fit properly initially but customer service was great and sent out another 2 to try for a better fit which resolved the issue. my breath at once with the very strong smell. I thought it was strange, but the next few times I used it, I again started coughing as the odour was so pungent. It had a very chemical smell to which I reacted strongly and was nothing like my first purchase. . As these products were expensive, I wrote to the company and told them my reaction and requested a refund. They gave me the run around asking why I hadn’t told them straight away - well, I hadn’t finished the earlier product with which I had no problem, and then I was away from home for a month. They seemed to question the truth of what I was telling them about the product- and then insisted I had to return both 600gm bags of powder so their ‘chemists’ could ‘check’ them. I am a 70 year old woman, had to get myself to the PO in the heat and find the money to send back these heavy bags of laundry detergents. Of course the PO refused to accept the open bag. Eventually after many emails they refunded one bag. Be warned, the laundry powder has a very punget smell that is far from the fragrance free sort I bought the first time from this company,

Quality products & great service – Great products & service I had a wonderful experience with Resparkle - their products were amazing quality and customer service Stev went above and beyond in assisting me. The reviews below are from 2 years ago so perhaps they’ve changed their service team.
Rude, aggressive customer service, terrible products – By far the rudest most aggressive customer service experience i have ever encountered. As someone else mentioned, i had also noticed that they only post the 5 star reviews on their website which i found deceptive and dishonest. bottle therefore rendering it unusable. When i asked for a refund in return for my faulty products being returned i was met with extreme aggression and nastiness. I was made to feel like it was faulty because of how i was using them, the fact that my house was too cold or that i had perhaps damaged them and was lying. Even though there were a bunch of other people complaining about the same problem online. They asked me to send them video proof that the pumps didn't work, however when i tried to they had blocked me on Facebook and refused to respond to my emails. After eventually receiving my refund i received an email from the CEO of Resparkle threatening me with a defamation law suit for an apparent negative review that i had left on a stockists website, that actually wasn't even me as i had purchased my products directly from resparkle. I don't recommend supporting this company and their ethics.

go. After our disappointing experience and rude customer service, we submitted a review on their site, however it is nowhere to be seen. It almost seems as though anything that is not 5 stars is hidden/deleted from their website.
- The pump on the soap/handwash bottle came off after the first use, luckily it was fixable. After a few days the powder seemed to have separated from the liquid, leaving a sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
- The dish washing liquid was hard to get out of the bottle, and was almost as effective as washing in plain water with no soap. It took quite a lot of the dish washing liquid to clean our normal load of dishes. To put in comparison, the Earth brand which we normally use, it far superior. The customer service team advised we were to use the dish soap on a sponge instead of a few drops in the sink of water. Even after trialing this, it was still useless.
- The all purpose spray, was anything but! Just a few uses of it and it was leaking from the spray handle. We didn't realise until the next morning when we found a lovely white watermark on our wooden table. Like the hand soap, after a few days the powder separated from the liquid, leaving a sediment at the bottom of the bottles, and a crusty white substance around the nozzle where it had leaked.
Eventually, disappointed with the product my wife reached out to Resparkle who took no ownership of the issue and basically blamed us for all the problems with their products.
Resparkle products are significantly inferior to other brands, especially for the price paid for them. We would not recommend Resparkle products to anyone, invest your hard earned money in other brands instead.
Update: For transparency, we did reach out to Resparkle prior to posting this review aiming to discuss and rectify the problem, however we have since received a number of extremely rude, unprofessional and threatening responses from them.
