Warranty claims are a fight then denied – Purchased a Rever electric bike in November 2023. The bikes electric Befang motor failed after 8 months. I took it back to the retailer for warranty and they are emailing Rever - up to 15 emails. It looks like Rever will not honour warranty for the befang motor as the bike looks "old". I will never buy another bike from them.
