absolutely disgraceful customer service from the Revo membership support staff, and atrocious cancel policy and hidden fees. The way they handle queries and manage their policies and members is so poor and the worst experience I’ve had with any gym I’ve been a member of to date. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone based on my cancellation experience and it’s a joke to say “no lock in contacts” when you still charge at the end?

I have been using REVO fitness now for over 14 months now at their Wanneroo location. The pricing is very affordable, and I have always found the Gyms clean and the staff service has been great.

Cancelled my membership they still took my money and complained about it in person at the gym since their costumer service never pick up the phone. This gym will have you going through hell just to get rid of it!!! And don't get me started on the hundreds of fees they charge you for absolutely no reason if you are thinking about joining this gym don't do it because you will never be able to leave!!! You might as well just take a jog instead it'll cost you 5 thousand dollars less!!!

hope the standard does not drop over time ). Have not experienced any issues so far the staff are reasonable helpful. Only complaint is there is not enough equipment to train abs.

Why all the hate? It's actually an awesome gym – I actually really love Revo. I currently bounce between an older and brand new one. Coming from Derrimuts, this is such a vibe. The equipment is new, gym is clean. Yes, in the older gym there can be broken equipment but once notifying staff they get it sorted. Staff are always friendly as well and willing to help, if you ask! It's my happy place and a great gym to begin at if you're new to fitness & training.

Sauna is a great bonus – Since revo started in Cranbourne I actually enjoy going to gym,the price is amazing the place looks more looked after than it ever was including the machines. I love going and working out then being able to have a nice sauna afterwards that is definitely a major draw card for me. The lockers are another good thing if the people who use them had respect and left the keys for others to use.

glows red with a burning smell. After 7 months of asking for a new hairdryer, nothing has changed. I have simply been told there is nothing that can be done, and the faulty hairdryer remains. I am worried someone may get electrocuted.

When I tried to resolve it, the manager Rosie was very rude and unhelpful, with no clear explanation given.

Even after cancelling, they continued attempting to charge membership fees, which is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone joining this gym to keep all communication in writing and follow up carefully. Based on my experience, the customer service is very poor and not supportive.

Very disappointing service.

working at the front counter who was too busy chatting around the corner with someone that there was a person training with thongs on, not a care in the world about OHS.I know it all sounds petty to some but whilst I am a paying membership a I expect to train in a clean environment. Funny whilst covid was on place was clean now staff are too lazy.

thrashing there cars and motorbikes down the side I really feel for the local residents having to put up with it all the time.get it together like a professional business should .geez...it's not that hard .

App is glitchy and unreliable. Gyms are dirty especially toilets and changerooms. Equipment is often broken. Cheap memberships so u get a poor expereince compared to other gyms.

I imagine it’s the same in every gym, I just happen to use Revo. How about Revo incorporates a lounge area to accommodate half its average clients to enable them to sit in comfort and gawk at their screens so people who want to train can! Don’t give me the bull***t about “recovery time”, go recover somewhere else!

Revo Fitness Girrawheen - Terrible customer service the first time I went in to collect my fob, no greeting, eye roll and sighs from the staff member at the counter. In the few times I attended was never greeted with a hello or felt welcome at this facility, they need to train their very junior staff on even a basic level of customer service.

Locations were closed at short notice for renovations meaning I couldn't access the gym but kept paying

I have a support worker who attends the gym with me, however they would not allow me to be in the gym outside of staffed hours - 9am-7pm. Unfortunately for me, I have a job and want to have access to the gym 24/7 like the non disabled members. We tried to speak to management to find a solution. Revo staff refused to speak to us on the phone, and emails took a week or more to get replies. They tried to get me to pay for more memberships for support workers with my NDIS, which is fraud. After months of trying to resolve this, they advised it wasnt a priority for them.

Really disappointed that a gym which can pay for advertising literally everywhere can't be bothered making themselves accessible. Hope they consider making this a priority before someone takes them to court for discrimination.

I was told this by Paul Christidis at 8 am in the morning during a very aggresive phone call during which I was given NO change to reply to these accussations. (a) Failure to abide by your membership agreement. False !! (b) Failure to abide by club rules and regulations.False!! (c) Misconduct and inappropriate behaviour.False !! I allready cancelled my Gym membership the previous day ,there was NO need to send this email and phonecall .

Now they have charged me a late fee and are planning to try and take more money. The manager at the venue isn’t being considerate due to my honest mistake and keeps telling me I owe them money. I’ve tried to cancel so many times and all I receive back is a generic email. No compassion, no reasoning just basically give me your money and then I will cancel. I made a mistake and would have signed back up when I could but now after all the emails back and forth I’m not sure I can ever step foot in one again.

The music is too loud even with my noise cancelling air pods playing my own music. The equipment and space are excellent, but the loudness of the music spoils it. But the loudness of the music spoils the experience. Apparently there is no quiet time and the lights are always really bright including those facing the massage chairs.

They keep debiting to my bank account I raised the dispute with my bank. Bank wants evidence from Revo fitness that they have failed to cancel the membership and direct debit. Staff says their mangaer will get back when he gets a chance. When he gets chance?!! Really. This is financial crime

Absolutely filthy gym. Ex member of Kelmscott WA Toilets never cleaned properly, showers disgusting. Gym floor always filthy and equipment not cleaned properly. When asked why I was cancelling i advised how filthy everything always was and all that was said was “ oh I will let management know” Surely the staff can see how dirty it is - they obviously dont care.

that I have asked to cancel the membership and stated I did not really agree to sign up they are generally refusing to do so and allowing it incur more late fees. They encourage me to come in and talk in person but I am not doing that because I'm really p*ssed off at this whole situation and think this organisation is already a massive joke. Never agreed to sign up to this gym and how unprofessional to do so against my will and to now have the audcaity to continually bill me for it. Now the staff are at the point where they're just bouncing my emails to clubs I have never been to such as Nunawading? I have never even been to this Crunch I live in the south? Pretty horrendous service and the club is just seemingly ducking what I want which was to never have been signed up in the first place. But thats just pretty standard now you have seen all these shocking reviews on trust pilot. I am not paying this money revo fitness and you guys should have never signed me up unwillingly nor ended my memebership freeze with crunch before it was agreed on with previous owners.

absolute trash show of a company , took over crunch with no warning to the customers then started trying to force direct debits out of my account that bounced for months then all of a sudden direct debits came from my account , when confronted over this they would not honour my cancellation and still decided to go ahead and charge me a further month before cancelling

Staff personalities so bland and unwelcoming, might as well put cardboard cutous at the reception. They burry themselves behind computer screens and won't even acknowledge you walking in. They barely go around to see what is actually going on. Likewise, the management does not any kind of reviews of any events taking place during non-staffed hours. Totally disinterested in taking ownership and keeping standards high. 2. The crowd is on the younger side, especially in the evening (15-25y.o range) and good portion of them haven't learned how to p.ss straight yet, which is painfully obvious when you walk into the men's. Definitely need cleaners to do another round, because by 7pm, the toilets are disgusting and rubbish bins are overflowing. Also, paper towels in the toilet, please. 3. Takes months to replace broken equipment. 20kg dumbells have been missing for over a month now. 4. Starting to get really busy of late. POSITIVES: 1. Not Derrimut. Though the membership price is reflected in that fact, it is still reasonable and you get better standard. 2. Good choice and variety of equipment. 3. The crowd is on the younger side. I know this may contradict what I wrote above, but apart from being silly sometimes, the kids typically do their own thing and stay out of your way and there are less strange characters typically seen in middle-aged crowd. until I finally get an sms saying that I am over x amount. OK fine, tell me how to update my direct debit details, still nothing. Then an email saying the outstanding fees if blah blah, I respond saying I cant update my bank details, you can do it through the app is the response, OMG, I can't. But on the same day, I get an email from Debt Collectors. If you change banks, please expect a nightmare. I will NEVER be back now.
