Ordered an inexpensive 3 piece set bowl set. Received two bowls of one design and another odd bowl as the third. Brought the issue to the Customer Experience Consultants attention who asked "what would I like to resolve the issue". As we both agreed that returning the odd bowl and the company sending a replacement was not an economically sensible… Read more

option, I suggested that they just send a replacement bowl since the mistake was theirs and the item was so inexpensive. The manager has made a decision to refund, pro-rata I imagine, the cost of one bowl!!! Total cost of bowl replacement to properly address their mistake, including freight and thereby providing customer satisfaction, approximately $21. Company reputational damage by giving credit on one bowl of a three bowl set, $1000,000 Buy at your own risk!

I run a local mobile coffee van in Dubbo NSW, and I’ve been a loyal customer of Reward for the past four years, consistently buying my supplies through your store. When you introduced the Click & Collect system, I adapted without issue — I’ve always… Read more

preferred coming into the store to pick up my orders anyway.

However, I’m extremely disappointed by the recent decision to close the storefront completely and move to an online-only model with mandatory delivery. As a small business owner, I find it frustrating that there is no longer an option to pick up my order in person — especially since I live locally and have always preferred to collect my supplies directly. I was originally told that delivery in Dubbo would be free since it's Rewards decision to the close the shop front. But when I went to place a online order today they told me, no, its only free if you spend over $165. What a joke.

Being forced to pay extra for delivery, despite living nearby, feels unfair and unnecessary. This change not only increases my costs but also takes away the flexibility I’ve appreciated as a customer.

Unfortunately, unless this policy is reconsidered, I’ll be looking to take my business elsewhere — to a supplier who values customer choice and supports local businesses by offering practical and cost-effective options.

Follow-up  · IT GOT WORSE. Joelle Williams-Puru the National Sales Administration Officer emailed me and said she would give me 3 months free shipping and it would be added to my account BUT when I went to order online I was still getting charged when trying to order. I spoke to online help and they STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME the Free shipping even after… Read more

I placed a click & collect order with Reward Hospitality via reward.com.au. At the time of purchase, all items were listed as in stock. I was advised to pick up the order a few days later, but upon collection, I discovered—without any prior notice—that approximately one third of the items were on back order. What’s worse, no one informed me of… Read more

this either before or at the time of pick-up. I had to follow up myself to find out what had happened. There was no proactive communication, no offer of a refund, and no clear update on when the remaining items would be available. A week later, I was told the rest of the order was ready—but once again, upon collection, several items were still on back order. Again, no notice was given. It was only when I asked at the counter that I found out. This lack of transparency and poor communication makes it difficult to rely on them for timely fulfilment, especially for business needs. I would not purchase from them again.

Beware of this supplier – I ordered a set of tea towels from their online shop. They quickly sent an email that the order has been shipped. No tracking number was provided. I waited 2 weeks and nothing was delivered. I then decided to call them: - First called on 28 March. Was told they tried to deliver but no one was home. This is not true because 3 of us work from home.… Read more

They informed me they'll try to deliver again.

- I called a week later (12 April) and was told that it was never actually out for delivery (i.e. the first person was incorrect). I provided them with my phone number (even though it was on the order). They said they will call me back with information.

- I called 2 days later (7 April). I informed them I never received a call or the order. I then requested a refund. They told me they will start to process it.

- I called the next day (8 April) to inform I have not received the refund. They told me I need to fill out a form. I've started this process but I do not trust them.

Maybe I'll receive a refund but the form looks like it is designed to confuse. I believe they will come back that it was not filled out correctly. I can only wait to see. I will update with the results.

People should be aware of this supplier.

Update: They paid the refund finally.
