Dont deal with these crooks. Supposed to receive an item 2 weeks ago. No response to my emails yet they have my money.would rate them minus 10 if i could.
I ordered a product and they inform me they do not have it in stock. I selected another product. They informed me they don't have it in stock . Basically, they just wanted to take my money and persuade me to select and choose a product. I don't like. I wasted a whole two weeks for a gift for a child's birthday. Those guys should not be in business.
You have the wrong business. As this has been closed for 2 years .
Disappointing – I purchased this as it looked quite robust in the illustration of which i would have expected it to take a few knocks, considering what it is portrayed to be, an industrial digger. However on receiving it and testing its functionality i was somewhat perplexed at its operative durability. Somewhat disappointed in its performance as the reality of its adaptability to rigorous treatment fell short of expectation.

Best customer service – I had an issue with new Jeep just delivered, Team was exceptionally helpful and resolved the issue immediately without fuss, all in time for grandson to enjoy his ride for Christmas. Thanks again Team
PERFECT! – Nothing but amazing service and a great product! Ordered, collected and delivered by my own organised freight with under a week. Maz was so helpful and I have one birthday girl that doesn’t want to stop driving her own Hilux.

Do not waste your time or money! – This review is a bit late mostly because I was so frustrated and had to lodge multiple complaints and even dispute the charge with my bank in the end to get our refund. Anyway it’s a long story so I’ll try to make it short, initially my emails were a few weeks apart to allow time for them to respond. As time went on and we didn’t get any responses I tried phone calls but got their answering machine. I reached out via social media and I posted a question on a photo asking for assistance noting I tried contacting with no success and I wanted a follow up response, my comment was removed. I posted another comment noting my previous comment asking for assistance was removed but I still hadn’t had any contact via any avenue, this was also removed.
Eventually I spammed all recent social media photos begging for help from the company as it had been nearly 5months and absolute radio silence. Meanwhile our sons birthday had been and gone. All of these comments were removed and I was blocked. My husband also reached out asking the company to respond to my emails and he was also blocked immediately. I followed up with an email acknowledging their poor service and sent through screen shots of my social media posts that had been removed asking for help. I finally received an email back saying that they would give me a refund (no apologies anywhere) and that they would report me to SA Police for harassment.
I responded advising all I wanted was a refund and explained as far as the ACCC were concerned this is fraud as they sold a product and failed after a reasonable timeframe to deliver and/or respond to my pleas of help. I was happy to finally get a refund….
A week had passed and no refund, I asked for a follow up and was asked for my bank details which I provided.
Another couple of weeks and no response. I ended up searching their ABN and finding an address for the business so I posted a letter asking for my refund they promised.
After nearly 7 months, I lodged a dispute with my bank and provided all evidence of phone call logs, email trails, social media posts and a copy of the letter. Thankfully I received my refund within a week from my bank.
This was by far the absolute WORST customer experience I have ever encountered. I would never ever order from them again. I would never recommend them and to be honest I don’t ever want to have to deal with this company or Maz in anyway ever again.
Never received part of the order – Got sent wrong colour car and never received the personalised plates after sending 4 email enquiries as to when the plates would arrive. They just didn't respond. The car also does not fit together properly but it does run well. Very poor service overall
A Month Later & No Delivery No Response – No replies from seller about shipping. Contact number on the website can't be reached. No reply to my emails. It's been a month! I'm beginning to think this website is a scam. Don't recommend will be seeking advice from small claims
Awesome company – Every year for the last 4 years I’ve purchased products from Maz and he is amazing . Nothing is ever to much trouble and super fast at delivery if in stock. All products from 12 volt cars to 48 volt quads have been awesome and kids being kids if parts are needed he’s always had them in stock. I won’t buy anywhere else great job Maz keep up the great work Cheers Darryl from Darwin
DON'T BUY !!Dodgy company, beware!! – Brought a +$500 ride on for my kid, did not work from day one. within 1month of purchasing, bank could not contact them then i got my refund. I had wish i googled their reviews before purchasing would have save me such a headache.
