We had a blocked drain and toilet on a Friday evening, which was not ideal, but we contacted Right Now Plumbing, and they arrived within the hour they quoted upon making the booking and corrected the fault within 30 minutes. Great service and would happily recommend and use their service again.

Totally Uncontactable for Post Service Query – Previous service jobs, twice, were good but my experience is negated because they are totally uncontactable now. I need to ask them for things like warranty paperwork on the tap they installed May 2023.

Won't call customers back – I will NEVER call this company again can't be relied upon when required.

Great service and pricing highly recommend – My hot water stopped working, I contacted a few plumbers and Right Now Plumbing gave me the best price and a free quote straight away, no call out fee and installed a new hot water system that day. The price was reasonable and one of the best quality hot water systems you can get. Can't fault the customer service.

Can't believe how much they charged – 4 hours labour chasing a leak (that came from the washing machine) , changed 2 taps and left 5 holes in a bedroom wall. Charged a 90 y.o. just shy of $1600. Wow.

Best in the business – Have dealt with them for multiple jobs now from hot water systems, blocked drains, installation of storm water drains and reverse osmosis unit which not many other plumbers knew about. Excellent service and quality plumbing works!! – Came home to having no hot water from a broken tank heater! After a friendly phone call they were able to install a brand new instantaneous water heater and remove the old broken tank the same day !! Looks great and alot more efficient can't recommend them enough Great quality and service!!

Saved the day – These guys saved the day. My homes sewer connection had come away from the EWS riser and my sewerage was backed up to the shitter, literally. They identified the issue and dropped everything to complete the repair as the house was no longer livable. The guys didn’t take advantage of my desperate state at all and the price quoted was very reasonable, especially considering the extent of work required. Couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend.
