Very unprofessional – A candidate's experience. Very, very, very (!) slow to make contact after CV submission, unresponsive, non-communicative, no clarity of what's going on, need constant follow-ups (which do get tiresome after two, or so). Better not waste any energy with this recruiter. Appalling experience. Very unprofessional. Specifically, I dealt with Ryan Hoiberg.

gain a response in what is a tight labour market, i would expect a company i was paying to act far quicker to ensure talent simply doesn’t go elsewhere. Secondly as my experience was in a different industry i wanted to confirm my suitability so as not to waste anyones time, as a number was supplied I called, twice as the first call was not returned, then my responder couldn’t get off the phone quick enough and didn’t seem to know the answer and simply said apply. Several weeks passed before the “zoom”interview, which i was told would take an hour. An email sent prior to the interview contained the seeking Companies job details and experience required. This experience clearly stated industry experience which Rimefire omitted from their job ad. Before we wasted 1hr on this zoom interview I questioned this again and my interviewer agreed he should clarify with his client and come back to me - zoom interview over 1 1/2 weeks later i received a message from him that indeed the client needs industry experience and we would not proceed further. At which point I had already accepted another role given the time that had lapsed, If the client had said to proceed it was too late talent lost. Quite a poor experience and not one a client would be happy about either
