expensive products. The boots were exactly what I wanted however they took about two weeks to wear in and actually be comfortable and the soles are wearing down very quickly.
Purchased several items and parcel not received with tracking info saying "Addressee unavailable" yet have been home and address is correct. Have emailed RW several times asking for assistance but nil response (spam folder checked daily). Can't follow up courier company as no details who it is in NZ. Follow-up · Absolute trash company and product.
Absolute disgrace. Brand new pair of boots worn once for 4hrs and the soles have started to come off them. We walked 50meters to and from the restaurant and was sitting down the rest of the time. We Emailed to claim under warranty and get told they are not covered. $300 pair of boots worn once and they aren’t covered how is that even possible?… Read more

I have a pair that are 3years old that I wear all the time and they still look brand new.
Purchased a brand new polo, opened it to find what looks like a 5 year old used one. Emailed instantly for them to say I have to send it back for them to inspect to make sure it was a manufacturing fault basically implying I had done something to it.. opened it instantly after delivery driver knocked on the door and emailed them. Gave it away to someone in need. What a waste of money and time. Terrible brand and wouldn’t recommend

Nice boots for daily corporate use – I bought myself some boots for Christmas, and so far I've been really pleased. The quality is very high, and I've spent a fair bit of time adding conditioner and polish to ensure the boots start their life well and last me ages. Very warm for the winter – Clothing is really good quality, durable for work and washes very well, I recommend this product
Good quality shirts – I used to buy the other brand (RMW) but the quality was so poor I tried Ringers and their shirts are so tuff and the buttons don't fall off I buy all the different colours now. The only issue is the long sleeve ones get a little hotter because the material is thicker so on hot days i use the short sleeve with Sparms. Show details
