Rinkit

I have made several purchases through rinkit and orders are always on time or early, also their product quality is amazing. My last order was damaged and I sent an email. Their response was extremely fast and such wonderful customer service. If only all online stores were this easy to communicate with and fast at solving problems.

They bank on the chance you won't bother to return – As other reviewers have reported, when they send you poor quality goods they will refuse to provide a return postage label and return postage costs are on you. Poor customer service. $75 spent and will cost me $30 to return. Wood composite frames are in fact a harsh orange plastic. I suspect this company is not truly located in Australia

Great quality and A1 customer support – I started by ordering just a few slate items to see how reliable they were, then stepped up to 40 packs of 6 coasters in one order, and found the quality excellent, and service second to none. would fully support anyone ordering from Rinkit as the items are excellent and the staff are super helpful and first rate. Heck I'm thinking of taking a trip down there later in the year (over 2000km round trip) to pick a bulk order up just to meet the staff.

incredibly well, It must be difficult posting so many delicate items, but they have done brilliantly and I absolutely adore my new kitchenware.

Duralex is available on a few other websites, but Rinkit had the largest range by far, so it was a very easy choice to buy it all through them once I had researched the company.

Great quality and service – Recently placed an order for shadow box frames and my order was posted quickly. It was packed well and neatly so no damage during transit. The quality of the frames is good too, worth every cent. Thank you Rinkit! I will definitely repurchase and I highly recommend this site.

Great products at great prices – I bought the children's Turkish towels and they are nicely made and worth the price. Soft on the eyes and a cool design. Fairly quick delivery too.

Crooked company – Beware: this company is the most dishonest business I have ever come across. Remember the set of the 6 duralex mugs rinkit? But you sent only 4? Then you never reimburse me?
