After a lot of research, we purchase Rinnai Enduro 13 as we moved house and needed heating. It has never disappointed! It is excellent and very quiet. It makes a low clicking sound when you turn it on and off but that has never been a problem as it stops after a few seconds. We’ve had it for three years now ( at the time of me writing this review) and are still pleased with it and never had an issue with it.

Love it! heats the whole house – i got this so i could move it around and to be used in addition to our big heater however the big heater is no longer required, this heats the whole home I just set it on economy mode and its does the rest. there is little smell and it looks good
