Began discolouring with dots appearing in less than 12 months – This heater does it's job in heating the room. Unfortunately the exterior is of poor quality and has discoloured dots that have appeared all over it. After sale service is poor. The place of purchase are unable to replace it as they confirm Rinnai will not credit them for the item. Rinnai want to charge a call out fee without offering any alternatives of where I can take it too. Very disappointed. Show details

Heats room fast – This heater throws out a lot of heat. There are four heat adjustments: fan off/on with one or both elements. The highest setting is too hot after a few minutes, good for instant heat to blast the cold. I then have it on the lowest setting to maintain the heat in the room. finish which looks reasonably modern. With gas heating it can cause condensation but I can't say I've noticed any using this heater. Would recommend.
