Rinnai Sapphire Plinth

Cosy up for winter – Looking forward to using our gas heater. No more cold evenings sitting reading and relaxing. At the touch of a button it can be set to your preferred temperature with the remote. Excellent choice. No having to gather and store logs all year. Modern styling sitting on a plinth looks good. Show details · 1
This fire is excellent! – Purchased the Sapphire freestanding model on the plinth, to go in the corner of newly renovated living area (no space for built in model). I was slightly concerned about how much heat would radiate from the housing around the fire, especially as it is installed with the minimum clearances to the wall and on an engineered wood floor, but the exterior doesn't get hot (just slightly warm) and because the air is drawn in from the bottom, the floor in front of the unit doesn't get hot (again, just warm). I researched fires for such a long time and very happy with the Rinnai. Purchased from the Gas Showroom in Chatswood - ladies there are very helpful.

times, replacing the batteries each time . I called rinnai they suggested I pay for a call out which is worth more then the remote. The only way to program this heater is through the remote which makes this heater worthless as a programmable heater.
