I would not recommend wasting your time with RJL A Group. I signed a contract with them and paid a deposit for an air conditioning installation. Before taking the deposit, they promised installation within one week. However, after payment, this suddenly changed to two weeks due to being “fully booked.” After waiting two weeks, I was informed that the requested brand was no longer available anywhere in Australia, and I would need to wait longer. A week later, they suggested installing a different brand with another two-week delay.
Since I specifically wanted the original brand, I requested a refund of my deposit. After multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, the refund was eventually processed about a week later.
What is most frustrating is that immediately after cancelling with RJL A Group, I engaged another company that supplied and installed the exact brand within 48 hours at a significantly lower price and with much better service.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience with poor communication, delays, and unreliable
