RMT Cabinetry & Joinery

The time to make cabinets for a Kitchen, small Laundry and three small vanities took six months from the time a deposit was made to the completion of the project. There was a lot of toing and froing with the drafting of the cabinets as each time a design was sent back to be changed on the documentation which needed rectifying the return drawings had unexplained small detail changes elsewhere which needed to be fixed and sent back. After some considerable time (months not weeks), the Cabinets were scheduled to be installed, and I was warned from my builder that payment was required the day after installation of the Cabinets and then a separate payment also the day after the benchtops were installed. Basically, we were given no time to check if all was correctly installed and up to scratch. When it was discovered that a couple of things were not fitting well, but payment had been made, it took the owners weeks to fix the problems. So over all it took them six months to draft, make and install cabinets to fit a small house and the cost was excessive for what I received in the way of Cabinets and Bench tops. I am happy with the final result but would not recommend using this company as they are not exactly service orientated towards their customers but are more interested in taking your money. They seem to have taken on more work than they can cope with.
