Had a bike and spares moved from nsw to qld. Then got quote to move the same bike and spares to vic, was quoted a price, got an invoice and paid that bill. Then received another invoice after pick up because of “the extra boxes”. The spares were actually noted on the first invoice proving they knew about them all along. Horrible. Late. Rude. Delivered dirty bikes with heavily compressed suspension (due to their excessive tie downs). DO NOT give your custom to these freighters. Never again – Do not deal with this "company ". They will promise everything and at the last minute dump you. I organised a bike transport from Toowoomba to Melbourne and everything was good. Was told the night before pick up that they couldn't do it because of Melbourne Cup. Even though they knew about it days before. On contacting "PORKY", he couldn't give a sh*t and hung up. Bikers, if you value your rides, if you value compentant and respectful service from people that are handling your valued rides, refuse to deal with PORKY and his company ROAD HOGS. Simply do not deal with them personally, or allow the dealer to use them on your behalf. We need to keep good service alive, and that extends to courteousness. We can achieve this by looking out for each other and holding putrid business people and practices to account. My purpose in providing this feedback is to save you the same trouble I have experienced. Heed it and you'll save yourself some big headaches.

was lead to believe is the owner Porky Well this gentleman is charming with the tact of a sledge hammer and the rudeness to go with it. He also has a very poor understanding customer service My bike was eventually picked up that day, when I meet the driver I handed him the keys and the bike disk break lock after removing it from the bike with the keys and the trolley jack The bike was delivered a few days later along with the trolley jack But NO Lock I rang the driver left several messages even texted him 2 weeks later I was finally successful in reaching the gentleman called Porky, who instinct was anger and attack, did you book it as cargo if not we are not responsible and if we have it you have to come pick it up or we will charge to deliver it. I was stunned all I could say was thank you don’t worry about it have a nice day and finished the the call. A little time later I received a call from the original driver who said he did not remember until I explained i had someone to verify It. He said he get back to me the last I have heard from RoadHog transport. I would not recommend them again based on the Disgusting service and attitude of the owner this is not about a $85 lock it is about customer service and speaking to people with respect

You should go somewhere else, actually anywhere else – They tried to deliver my bike on the wrong day when there was nobody to receive it, then took it back to their storage in Brisbane. I had to pay for the trip back to Brisbane to get my bike back. Show details

Very Reliable Motorcycle Transport and Delivery Service – Very reliable motorcycle transport and delivery service from Road Hog Transport, friendly office staff and driver Calvin also most helpful with the delivery which arrived in good unmarked condition, happy to recommend Road Hog Transport and I will definitely use them again when needed.
