Total fail – They are the local rep for a respected international courier. Somehow they could not collect a package from one of the largest organisations in Hobart after 7 days of trying. Phone calls were not answered. I followed their modified instructions, but still no success. Safer just to do their job for them and take parcel to depot. I have encouraged the international company to find a different local agent.

Rural dwellers beware – Blatant false advertising when they state door to door service, regular rural deliveries. More like door to state then you pick up from our depot. Road Runners refused to delivery our blinds because they decided they didn't want to deliver out here any more, yet they accepted the delivery from the sender. We were expected to drive 45 minutes to collect it ourselves. As it was my husband had to drive 20 minutes to the highway and meet the driver on the side of the road to collect our parcel. Shabby service taking money to do half the job.

Excellent service – I have had many positive experiences with these guys. They are always on time and I have found them to be reliable and efficient. reliable, efficient, effective
