Total Scam – i booked with them to rent a house boat, they took the deposit off my acc but didn’t pay it to the hire company, so the hire company wanted me to pay an additional deposit. They don’t get back to any enquires, they give you a tracking number and link to a page that never loads!!

No phone number to query, cancel or check a booking! – Beware! Everything with Roamfree.com.au is now done 100% online. So if you have any questions, cancellations or issues requiring resolution, there is no choice but to email and wait till next business day for them to fix. Don't book on a Friday - nothing will be fixed until Monday! The 1800-061-610 number says that everything must be done online! What's the point of having this number?! Only pay a booking fee No after-sales support
