I ordered a camera 4 weeks ago . I received several emails stating it would be here soon. I have tracked it and it’s still in China even though I was told it would be fixed and here for holidays. Several emails today requesting a refund and cancellation but I’m told it’s outside the first 12 hour window. It’s still at their warehouse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

 Follow-up  · PayPal has ruled in favour of me and issued a refund . I would stay clear of them

Product box was completely trashed – Stepfather wanted for Xmas, delivered at mid November and the products box was completely crushed and destroyed. After contacting customer service straight away, the waited 3 weeks to reply and after several emails and photos they said it's not their problem the box is damaged as the product seems to be in one piece, I said to them it's not in a serviceable box and I would like a replacement, Their words are "It's not our fault that the packaging is damaged, we will not replace" When the product arrived it arrived in a shrink wrapped plastic bag not in a cushioned box to protect the product. A waist a money and customer service was rude.
