stops working intermittently, on average 4-5 times a week. The electric part of the cooktop would stop working all together then comes back after a while. However we can still manually lit the burner with a lighter. The after sales support attitude conveyed by the shop from Robam Australia isn't very promising, asking for call out fee despite describing what sounds like a warranty situation with video recording. Although we are mostly happy with the performance of the cooktop, we can't really make recommendations based on the support we experienced.
