Robcousens Outdoor furniture makes claims it has a name that is synonymous with quality and great service…..WRONG!! Terribly poor quality hiding behind big claims! Do not trust Rob cousens Outdoor Furniture and their claims. Who wants to spend big bucks every 5 years for a new outdoor setting? Not me!

I purchased an expensive outdoor setting from Robcousens Outdoor Furniture that was advertised as “UV resistant” and supposedly built to last up to 12 years. The reality? After only 5 years the wicker began to crack and deteriorate badly, and now the furniture is literally falling apart. When I raised this with them, they completely washed their hands of it and offered no accountability or support. They hide behind the word “UV stabilised” but don’t tell you that in real conditions the product won’t come close to the durability they promote. For the price, this furniture should last – instead, it’s an overpriced disappointment. Do not waste your money on these so-called “premium” outdoor furnishings. The quality does not match the marketing, and the company does not stand by its products when they fail. Spend your money elsewhere.
