Robomaid has appeared to have gone belly up – This company has disappeared from website and cannot be contacted via listed phones. So you cannot purchase or get repairs or service any longer

company bust. still taking money beware – My mother in law recently purchased a robomaid for $369. It never arrived and No word from the company, the number is disconnected and she was receiving no return emails, even the website claims it is "under maintenance" . Thankfully she paid via paypal and she can raise a claim to have the money refunded. I assume the company has gone under.

robomaid support where are you? – It worked well for a year. then I had a problem. Customer support where great and with a few emails and a $40 replacement part it was back up and running. A few months later hoping for the same when it stopped working I find they are gone! Website is down for maintenance. Ok...ay I guess that happens.Waited a week. Still down. The whole website. no phone number available or anything.Starting to sound sus. Most companies consider an outage of a few hours a disaster. Whats the story guys? ( Maybe I should have got a Roomba)

Something is wrong with robomaid website – Hi I love my robomaid and recently I have purchased another adaptor because my one isn't working. However I can't seem to get through to customer care, emails and web site. I have proof of purchase and I still haven't received my adaptor. I'm worried and don't know who to call, they have excellent customer service but their website site is currently under maintenance. I don't know if the company has shut down for good or temporary.

DON'T BUY – I purchased Robomaid RM-770 while back from www.robomaid.com.au. Soon after I found these reviews. I read that the web site is down, facebook page removed, phone numbers disconnected, and emails bounce. ALL TRUE. I have filled a paypal claim with little hope of seeing my money or the product again. It seems one email account is not de-activated info@robomaid.com.au I assume so they can still access their paypal account and collect money. DONT BUY...
