doesn’t empty for one reason or another. Now we have a lidar/turret error (second time!) which won’t go away, and we can’t fix, so once again it is not working. Don’t believe the reviews. This is absolute rubbish. I feel ripped off and angry at myself for believing the hype. I expected better from Roborock at this price, given its almost 3x what we paid for our previous robot vacuum.
This is our 4th robot vacuum cleaner and our second roborock. We have a long hair border collie, too, and she sheds a lot. The Roborock S6 Pure we had was great before we had her but the centre brush-like brush just couldn’t handle the long hair. hair very well. Even the mop attachment is better. It still doesn’t clean the kitchen all that well but other areas are pretty good. We don’t have any carpets. Ours is self emptying and after 3 weeks we still haven’t had to change the bag. We vacuum every day. The only bad point was the noise the hard plastic front roller made going over the tile joins but that was solved by replacing it with a rubber one. The vacuum itself is quieter than our previous robots but I still pause it to Facetime/Zoom.

its ok – A bit disappointed with this vacuum to start with. First clean it seemed to leave a lot of mess. Have had a roborock s6 for 4 years and it was amazing, flawless cleaning. across the carpet leaving streaks of dust. Upon emptying there seems very little in the bin compared to the s6 which was always jam packed with dust and dirt after a full house clean. But second clean was an improvement, seemed to pick up most of what it left behind first go. It speeds around quickly, and the mapping function is great - it covers every inch.
From sceptical to impressed! – I bought my roborock q5+ direct from roborock in the festive season sales. I dont use the mop option as I only needed it for vacuuming. The unit has been surprisingly efficient with great performance. It consistently picks up dust from rugs and tiles. I was sceptical at first but I've been very impressed. Show reply

Great value – I have purchased this item as a Christmas gift as I had read many positive reviews and as a added bonus was able to get at a good sale price.
Hair tangled – This machine is effective. But some hair it picks up is always tightly tangled at the two ends of the roller brushes, and I have to use scissors to cut and remove the hair.
We love Robo – Have only received our Roborock Q5 a week ago but we love it. Today while Robo was mopping I could do some other household jobs, did a great job mopping and easy to set up. Mapping of the house was easy to use and I Iove that we are able to set up zones, rooms.
Excellent product – Unbelievable product with excellent mapping and suction, well designed and thoroughly recommended

Love it – We love our Roborock (its the second one we have purchased - we have 2 other family members who have one each and they love theirs too.
an all-right product – i am impressed with the item. reasonable levels of cleaning and moping. still trying to figure out a way to connect to the WIFI.
Best friend for mums – The little robotic vacuum goes above our expectations. We have a large area rug set up for kids which could be hard for some of the vacuums to get up and down the area rug. Roborock Q5 Pro has no issue so far. Cleans perfect and the mopping function is excellent. Highly recommended.
