the repair was covered under warranty, only to be told later that it was not. • They erroneously claimed my warranty period had finished and quoted a repair cost of around $600. This was demonstrably their fault on paper. To top it all off, I had to pay the delivery cost myself just to get the unrepaired robot back. The only silver lining is that I had an extended warranty through Harvey Norman, and I luckily got a full refund from them. I strongly advise against dealing with this company based on their incredibly poor service, lack of accountability, and deceptive communication.

I have had it for 6 months now and it still works well. I mop the house once a month as the mopping function isn’t that perfect. I’m still using the first bag that came with the vacuum. It’s worth it. Show details

Great machine – We have hard wood floors and this machine is great. Picks up every little piece of dirt. Doesn’t scratch my floor and gets into every corner. This machine isn’t too loud only when it’s emptying the dirt into the base. Show details
Super Impressed – So far very happy with this Roborock Vacuum/mop! It doesnt do a job like you would do manually cleaning but as a busy mother, the layer it does take off the ground is fantastic!
Not bad – Generally speaking it’s a decent vacuum. We had a golden retriever, 3 cats and a rough collie(and three kids) so we have a lot of pet and people hair to deal with and it generally does a decent enough job. mopping is pretty average, but it’s okay for basic maintenance. You’ll definitely need a regular mop and vacuum though, but it’s good for keeping the house reasonable in between finer jobs.
Also, If you have pets like we do, it won’t automatically empty. The pet hair will always jam it up. But all in all, not bad
Making cleaning easier.. such a fussy cleaner I love my robot! – Frees me up! Love this little helper.. pedantic and accurate couldn’t be happier
Improvement needed to suck pet hair and finer particles – The suction/cleaning of small particles could be improved. We spilled bi carbonates powder on the floor on the day that we started the robot vacuum and it didn’t manage to remove all the powders even after 2nd clean and spot clean.
