Roborock Qrevo C Pro

I have had the Roborock Qrevo C Pro for approximately two to two and a half weeks. I was prompted by email to leave a review in exchange for a $20 coupon. Setting up the robot and mapping the house was straightforward. However, because I have several floor to ceiling windows, the robot scans parts of the yard through the glass and incorrectly identifies them as additional rooms that it cannot access. I have not been able to work out how to remove these ghost rooms from the map. The robot worked as expected for approximately one week, but it now repeatedly displays “Internal Error 108, Right Wheel Open Circuit” and can no longer be used. I purchased the unit through Woolworths Everyday Market and began the aftersales support process about a week ago, requesting either a brand new replacement or a full refund. Communication was initially reasonable, although the process has been somewhat lengthy. Since providing the requested video and photos showing the fault, communication appears to have gone quiet. The product performed well during the brief period it worked, but a significant internal fault after only one week of use is extremely disappointing. I will update this review depending on how the replacement or refund process is handled.
