I’m giving this product 1 star, and honestly, that’s being generous. The unit itself already failed basic expectations — after just 3 days of use, it lost one of its brushes. On top of that, it struggles badly on higher-density carpets or anything with a taller pile, barely sweeping properly. For a product in this price range, that’s unacceptable.
But the real reason for this review is the customer service — or lack of it.
I reported the issue on 24/04/2026. Today is 06/05/2026, and I still don’t even have a case number. Communication has been extremely frustrating: poor English, slow responses, and a complete lack of urgency or willingness to help.
After 5 days of waiting, they offered to send a replacement brush — which completely misses the point when a product fails within the first week. Only after I pushed back and pointed out consumer rights did they finally agree to replace the unit. But even then, another 5 days passed, and still no case number, no return label, no clear instructions — nothing.
I’ve asked to speak with a manager three times. No one has called me back. I also requested a refund, and they simply said they can’t do it.
At this point, I’m still waiting for a proper response.
The product might be decent when it works, but if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. Customer service is extremely poor — slow, disorganized, and unhelpful.
I will not be buying from this company again. Even if their products improve, their support is simply not good enough. Proceed with caution — and hope you never need assistance.

Pretty cool unit once received. The vacuuming does great. We have a large house with two labradors. Good thing they only shed twice a year: January through June and again July through December! In other words there is a never ending supply of hair! Only downside is that it took a long time from ordering it to receiving it.

I've been using this for about a week now and it is amazing. Pretty easy to set up, program and use. I don't know why I waited so long to make the investment. This little beauty is a game changer!

Best thing I ever bought. Wife even happier than me. We have a very large tiled area (with dog and todflers) which we thought was fairly clean as Robo vacced every day and mopped each few weeks. But WOW first run of Flow 2 and water looked like vegemite. 5 runs to fully clean and now automatically run every second day. Floor is a delight to walk on (yes sounds strange but try it yourself before judging). Oh yes and all importantly it is very quiet especially in mop mode so we run while watching tv without any issues. PS run vac then mop(std setting) for best results and no streaking.
Follow-up · Our dog only sheds minimally but seems fine. Yes it adjusts for carpet and only vacuums not mops carpet or mats. To empty you just lift out water containers empty, fill and sit back in. Even a 2year old can do (and does). Vacuum bags last a while but those are a replacement item. This is excellent for mopping and we have huge tiled area. Other versions are higher in suction for carpets BUT this still has a high suction for carpets (see specs) and more than adequate (just saying if dont need to mop another version would suite better). Also side note if you have a spill u can quickly set area to mop and it will soak it up.

The most standout feature worth mentioning is the mopping performance, it's outstanding. This is the first robot vacuum I've owned whose mopping performance is actually good enough to forgo a manual hand mop. It really is that good. The roller mop is superior to any other form of mopping system found on robot vacs, with the roller itself being extremely effective at cleaning floors, applying considerable downwrards pressure and backing this up by being dampened with fresh, clean water and disposing of dirry water in its onboard rear dirty water tank. This means the roller mop is always clean, pressing down firmly enough to actually mop and clean floors, leaving them spotless and streak free. Bonus points awarded for its ability to move and extend the mop for superior edge cleaning ability. Vacuuming performance is equally as impressive. Both my hard flooring and carpeted areas are left thoroughly clean. Suction power is super strong, the dual brushes are effective at sweeping debris that would otherwise be missed into the vacuum and the roller has never tangled with hair. The dock is phenomenal. It effectively empites the dustbin of the vacuum, washes the mop and collects dirty eater and finally dries the mop with hot air. The water tanks are large enough that very little manual work is needed. The app is the best I've ever used, with plenty of features, options and customisation. Put simply, everything just works without hiccups. The mapping is accurate and efficient, cleaning paths and patterns are logical and the robot always knows what it's doing. It maps quickly, it never gets lost and it always has a successful return to its dock. The only features that are missing are an extendable side brush to better resch into corners and an auto detergent dispenser. These are minor shortcomings however as the robot is actually quite aggressive when it comes to navigating into corners and it only takes a few seconds to add a few drops of detergent into the clean water tank.
