Robrock S7
I have had my Robrock S7vaccume for just under 12 months and was very happy with it. Then it lost suction. I returned it and I had a call from Robot specialist to be told the vac was full of dust and fluff in the workings of the vacuum and was told it was not covered by warranty and I had to pay $149. To have it cleaned. I can’t believe a vacuum cleaner is not sealed properly so no dust can get into working parts. Then I was told the vacuum will need to be sent back every 12 months to be cleaned at my cost. Never had this problem with my other robot vac.

Similar to other reviews here, I purchased an S7 model, which was then deemed faulty. Then told they are out of stock, cannot replace yet and will not refund. Customer service team do not have a contact number. The 1800 number goes through to american speaking unhelpful people who say they cannot do anything.
It's been 1 month now and I am certain that this website is a total scam.

Worst customer service
I've bought a roborock S7 and it's not working. So, I sent it back to roborock and was told that the replacement is out of stock and didn't provide further more information. I was told to wait for response from the customer service for 1-3 business days. There's still no response after 1 week. This kind of customer service is not acceptable.

I'm sure it's a great product - WHEN IT WORKS
I never write bad reviews, and I've given Roborock support every opportunity to fix this issue... but they have been absolutely horrendous to deal with.
Unfortunately my S7 didn't work for the beginning when it was delivered, after several calls to support they agreed to take it back. After a week of 'assessing' the device I was offered a refurbished unit as a replacement (because they didn't have new ones in stock AND don't offer cash refunds). It's now been over 3 weeks and still no updates, dispite me calling/emailing daily.
My advice, if you're going to buy a Roborock, don't buy it from their website. At least go through a retail store so you can return it to them without having to deal with them directly.

Definitely not worth its price
Removing the dust, hair etc from rhe flour is just ok, it leaves stuff behind it
Mopping is less than ok
Every time I use it I have to connect it to my phone from scratch
It needs too long to connect and clean the floor, energy wasting
It doesnt find the doc to charge very often
After using it for one year I was so disappointed that I ended up buying another vacuum cleaner

After a year the mopping was not work properly and I did send it back to the company for repair 3 time but nothing Cheng and after all they said it's working perfectly. I have to vacuum and mopp after finishing robot again

Disgusting after sales service. Just get passed along
The vacuum worked really well for 5 months and then stopped picking items up and just passed over them. When attempting to find a solution with Roborock they kept passing me along to "the service department" . Their service since has been completely unacceptable. Avoid them, just buy a Dyson and do it yourself so much easier and cheaper.

Love the mopping especially on my roborock s7. It's so quiet, picks up all the pet hair so easily. The bin is a bit of a pain to empty, but a small price to pay for having my house vacuumed and mopped with a press of a button or a hey google clean the house. I only have a small house so I didnt buy the self emptying dock. What I love the most is that it vacuums and mops simultaneously, and that I can set it to rise or avoid the carpets. I can also schedule a deep clean mop that dies a brilliant job. I absolutely love my new roborock ❤️

We have a multi level house. I was wondering do we need to move the docking station every time we use the vacuum to vac and mop a different level of floor? Do you have to reprogram it if you have to move it?
You can create multi-level map and clean according to it. You have to move the station/robot if it needs to recharge, I guess. Normally battery lasts for huge area.

We are deciding on buying this product but I need to know the area it can mop with 1 fill of 300 ml.
I would really love this Roborock but the comments on customer service do not give me confidence. I might look at what they have in a retail store.
we have received on response in 5 weeks it is very frustrating, at this point i believe we will bet there but it is a particularly poor after sales service. they do have a technical support phone number so once you have the correct vacuum it may be better but i haven't got that far so i cannot say for sure
