Absolutely wasted my money! – I bought my roborock online in Nov 2022 through tristar online. It worked well for few months. Mapping the house took a while and with app glitches I had to redo mapping few times over the year. not respond to my requests. I have sent videos how it starts fine but just does not move and shuts itself down. Charging, cleaning nothings helps. I found it a waste of $1500 if it stops working in one year. I would never buy from roborock or tristar online ever again. Very disappointed.
Avoid. Does not work as advertised! – Vacuum used on hard tiles and carpet. Extremely poor pet hair pick up. Auto dock does not empty properly and easily clogs with pet hair. Not suitable for pets. Customer service experience is very poor. Highly recommend you avoid this company. Show details
Easy to operate – The roborock is very easy to set up and operate, that floors are looking magnificent, the only negative I can add is that it gets stuck in uneven surface areas very easily. Show reply

Extremely happy with my purchase – Happy with my Roborock S7 (Rosie) very easy to map and navigate through the app. Only have used the vacuum no mopping as yet. The auto empty docking also works brilliantly. This model came highly recommended by my daughter-in-law who also owns Roborok S7 she actually did a lot of research into finding the best Robotic Vacuum. Needless to say I am very happy also. Great tool to have for home – The floor is very clean after I use it for everyday (the vacuum function). I use the mop function once a week. It saved me lots of time while it's very easy to maintain. Show reply
I love it!! My floors are always clean – I love my Roborock and so does my husband. He said “it is the only thing you’ve ever bought that actually works and is worth the money” we have a Rottweiler and he sheds so much hair. The Roborock vacuums and mops and I don’t have to stress about the floor anymore. Wish I bought it sooner – The Roborock S7+ lives up to the hype. It does not crash into objects. It is easy to set up and use. The self empty docking station is larger (and noisier!) than I anticipated but worth the investment. App is easy to use but found labelling rooms a bit fiddly. Have not tested mop function yet and can’t comment on its capabilities navigating stairs as we don’t have any.

have caused this, I eventually agreed to pay the invoice and was told my Roborock had been fixed and sent back. When I received the parcel I was shocked to find that my Roborock had not been delivered and I had instead received a random water tank that wouldn’t even fit the S7+ model I have. When I asked why I received the water tank and where was my actual vacuum, they simply asked me to tell them my issue with the water tank. The issue is that it’s not my Roborock! This whole process has now taken months, and I still have no idea where my Roborock vacuum actually is and am unable to get a satisfactory answer from their customer service. Do not buy from this company!
Love it 100% recommend – I am absolutely in love with my Roborock S7! I nicknamed him Roberto and told my husband he’s my new boyfriend! house! We have rugs and he knows when to not mop, rarely gets stuck and I absolutely love having clean floors every day! I held off using upstairs, as I was concerned he’d fall down them. But once mapped and I watched to ensure he doesn’t go off the stairs, which he doesn’t I now am using for our carpeted house upstairs too! Having x2 maps is great! The app is easy to navigate. Pulling apart to maintain is simple. Also having the auto empty dock means less having to empty him. It really is a game changer and I’m glad I did my research and went for this model. Is worth his weight in gold and I’m telling everyone I know to get one!
Roborock S7 is great but do not buy from Roborock Australia – Firstly do not buy this product from Roborock Australia (roborock.com.au). Absolutly terrible customer service. respond to emails. I'd highly recommend buying from Robotspecialist (robotspecialist.com.au) as their customer service is outstanding and they go above and beyond. I've had dealings with Nathan and he was brilliant. The roborock works well I'm very happy with it. The doc I had was faulty so can't really comment. I have tiles and carpet in my house and am happy with both the vacuuming and mopping function. I did purchase extra mop cloths and change them 3 times during a mop as they get dirty. Approx half my house is tiled so I have a lot of tiles. I'd recommend this product as it extends the time between me having to vacuum. Which still needs to be done occasionally as roborock can't get into corners.

Really good. Much better than expected – Had this for a couple of years now. Was quite over vacuuming ourselves and especially mopping. Didnt really buy it for that feature but it works so well. very well and advises in how to and when to carry out maintenance Good quality Definitely seems to be a leader compared to other brands Warranty advice actually exist unlike other brands haha. Noise level is quite good especially when n quiet modes which still does a great job vacuuming an ld mopping.
Cons: Little but expensive Roller always clogs up with hair and carpet so I’m always pulling that component apart to rectify

advised me to contact Godfrey’s. I told them I can’t continue going back and forth with them and Godfrey’s again told me to go contact Roborock. On my second time now talking with Roborock they advised that I’ll need to replace the main brush cover and it will not be covered by warranty. I personally believe it should be covered by warranty but after all this time wasted I agreed to pay for a replacement but they then advised me that the part is out of stock.
It has now been 2 months and the website is still saying the part is out of stock and we have emailed and called several times regarding when it will be available and have not received a single reply or a timeframe. We have now resorted to purchasing a replacement part from eBay as we basically have a useless vacuum with out it.
For a product of this price I expected a lot more. When Godfrey’s sold me this vacuum they told me if there are any issues, roborock will send a technician to look at it personally which is an absolute joke after what I’ve been through. Such a shame for such a great product. Thoroughly disappointed.

Disappointed – Unfortunately this is not good for vinyl plank flooring as in heavy traffic areas the mop has pushed the dirt into the small grooves of the vinyl planks marking all the floors which now I have to get them all professionally cleaned. Maybe ok just to use the vacuum on the vinyl planks but highly recommend not to use the mop. It’s also not good for wool carpets. Really disappointed! Show details

Very good product – Very happy with the Roborock. Maybe a better pad for washing the floor. My tiles u can see everything on them sometimes you can see it doesn’t remove the mark from different angles. But I am still very happy with its performance. Show reply
Not perfect but helpful – Gets stuck on shaggy rugs and the auto empty doesn't work properly. I do like pressing go while I get on with the rest of the cleaning. Just annoying that I have to be home to ensure it's not catching its self on a rug and I've had to manually empty the robot when it was so full that it was going around without actually vacccuming.

Love our Roborock – We have had our S7Roborock with dock for a few weeks now. It has been a blessing! With 2 dogs and a cat that live to malt, the difference between daily sweeping and daily use of the Roborock is enormous! to. Once a week we use the regular vacuum to give the carpet a one over, where before it needed a daily vacuum due to pet fur. The dock is great, if a little noisy when emptying the robots dustbin. Overall very happy with our purchase.
