Worst company don't deal with, no customer service, crooks – Paid for a pre-order deposit for FT Spotter, it's been a couple years, looks like it won't be released. No response to refund, just crooks keeping the money with no intent to give back, should be criminal.

business. * had to ask me what orders ive received - when he had all that info on my account. *no account house keeping when it comes to changing order status - Unfulfilled to Fulfilled * tells me items will ship out one week - then ships out 3 weeks later - this happened several times, * one of my Preorders arrived opened and a few of the plastic ties removed. * Lost one of my orders - and it took three weeks to get my refund out of him. * One order out of my Two Pre-Orders was stated to arrive NOV / DEC 2022 - its now 2024 and the figure has been out everywhere for ages - and no sign of it, told me that it would be arriving several months back, but then radio silence to all of my communications following until i finally notified him of Claims action against him, - he then asked me for my Paypal to fully refund me that figure - no Refund was received. - so looks like ill be going to claims a week from yesterday if that does not get done. *Cant reply to communications but takes the time to delete questions on his listing posts when people ask him were their orders are - to hide and so no one els sees how useless things are with the business. * Paid for shipping with Deposit on one preorder - then proceeds to charge me more shipping upon paying the remaining invoice several months later.

No reply, no toy, no joy – Another sucker here, should have read reviews but didn't think I would need to ordering a toy. I pre-Ordered a transformer, it has been weeks. Asked when it will arrive, was told in few weeks it will be shipped. It is already available in Australia so I have a feeling nothing is coming. Seller now not replying to request for refund, you live and learn.

I'm an idiot – I should have checked the reviews but I didn't and now I'm out of pocket. No contact, no reply. Do not use these people.

As other have said, do not shop here – First few orders went well. Then radio silence. No longer replied to any of my emails or web form enquires. Months have gone by and have not heard anything or received my orders. Looked for a phone number or physical address, but nothing listed on their website. To make matters worse, discovered that I had been charged twice for shipping. Out a few hundred dollars, which I'm trying to get back via bank dispute claim.

Don't Bother – Ordered an Item, dispatch date has SIGNIFICANTLY blown out, asked for a refund which was declined and only offered store credit and after my dealings with this company, I can't say I'd want to deal with them again. Avoid

• when you might get lucky and get them on phone (no longer as they removed phone number or cancelled it/whatever) - only to be told thing like; it’s going out today (this is the item that was paid for a month ago and was in stock whole time), so get told it’s going out in mail next day, so a fortnight later I call up again, and get told - oh yeah, that is being sent out tomorrow. So on 2 occasions spanning 5 months - I waited patiently and was very pleasant to them and have them many benefits of doubt - only to be lied to about what was actually going on.

• on I think now it’s roughly 5 different occasions when I’ve asked what was going after waiting patiently for weeks, and asking to please > Please send out my order as it’s been paid for and in stock - I was told; ‘my dad has cancer’ ‘my wife is pregnant’ ‘we were on holidays’ ‘my father is dying’ - oh gosh, and some other stupid nonsense about other crisis his life had, using them as a weapon against me following up on things. Now the owner on this occasion and others has every time said things in a format which is essentially blaming ME for his laziness or just foolishness with being able to run a business well - I wonder in hypothetical response - does he not realise the rest of us all have these ‘things’ or have ‘problems’ to deal with, and we all just get by and deal with it….. the owner here does not. It’s your fault he didn’t do his job properly. It’s your fault he can’t manage his life and business.

• I asked to have pre-orders cancelled, had to argue across 3 platforms to get a response over course of year, finally someone says to me - there are no orders going all are cancelled and has been refunded as a store credit….. Now, I paid using a pay in 6 payment system. So I’ve been getting hits from this money wanting app company every few weeks for last year….. i don’t use PayPal anymore (that’s a whole other story!;)~ and a big part of it was; having them try continually charge me for orders I wanted and was told were cancelled. So I asked for them to be refunded back to original payment method like they should have done in first place > never heard from them again……… So now think - stuff them, they are trash to deal with and have the worst customer service I’ve seen for an online retailer!:/

• owner uses other people to help run business who are even more feeble than he is, so never a good service there…..

• the final one, as I’m waiting for an item to come In post now after last argument with owner - as he called me creepy, for writing on his Instagram wall on a picture he had up for advertising an item for his business > on his business names page (Robotoyz), and after responding to me I got upset as he wasn’t replying to the 5 emails I’d sent, so what’s he do next? Blocks me from his Instagram. So basically - this guy blocks me and calls me creepy, after i waited 2 months this time around, sending maybe 7 or so emails and messages and getting no response at all, so finally I ask nicely making a comment on his wall > and the Autism sets in and I’m blocked. Sound like a fair thing to do or a good business to buy from?? NO!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR SANITY!!!

What I’ve learnt - check out any website for: • a phone number • an address • multiple places to find them across different platforms and apps > and that they care about their reputation!!! • multiple payment systems > shows they are more trusted as a business!:/ • affiliates listed or mentioned somewhere • contact thru online customer service available as long as they can offer • the fact they are TRULY based in your area/country (this case = Australia), as some businesses hide their real place of origin, and act as tho they are local business • check their ABN

Just google their name, check their reputation before impulse buying. Believe me I have learned the hard and most frustrating and costly way.

Can’t name names > but you know who you are, and I think now you’ll recognise now who this is from!:/ Got a heap more stories too. All bad. Lost so much money with these guys it’s no longer even funny…..
