Rock Your Baby

Rock your baby/rock your kid is one of the most over priced, poorly sewn brands out there. Sure their clothes are nice but they can't sew tulle onto fabric. Almost every circus dress we've owned the tulle has detached from the dress, often after a single wear. A quick search on Facebook buy swap sell groups will show this is a consistent issue people have. The seams on the waisted dresses can come loose too. Fabrics also stain easily and are very prone to wash fade, greying and colour run.

Regular customer since 2019. Sizing can definitely be all over the place, but I've muddled through that due to the durability of clothing. I guess it takes a negative experience to really test a businesses customer service. RYB really failed. I ordered $270 worth of clothing (as part of the 40% off sale, so you can imagine the RRP of this order).
2 of the items were a combination of white with red sleeves. I washed those 2 items separately, as per instructions. The red in both tops bled into the white, resulting in pink/red patches all over.
I emailed customer service, attaching photos. I asked what could be done - I did not demand a refund/exchange etc. I had to chase up a response after 15 days only to be told:
'I’ve shared everything with our garment technicians for review, and while we completely understand your concern, their assessment is that the dye splotches doesn’t appear to be the result of a manufacturing fault. As such, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund for this item." and then "...we’d love to make it up to you in a small way. As a gesture of goodwill, I’d be happy to offer you a 10% discount code to use on your next order with us"
So after $270 (triple that for the RRP), they offered me a 10% discount, which anyone can get when they sign up to emails.
Zero solution provided and a patronising discount offer.
Many other brands of similar style, quality and better customer service out there. Bye RYB.
